Physical Therapy & Rehab - Shadeland

I have been doing therapy on and off since October of 2020. The customer service from the front desk Heather to the therapist I have been working with Jamie has been nothing short of great! Heather is so polite and knowledge she has a great attitude and displays a high level of professionalism. She always has a smile and has asked me how I was doing. Jamie is hands down an awesome therapist. She has encouraged me, listened to my concerns and addressed them to the best of her ability, and has pushed me to my max. I would not have made it this far without her and I trust anything she says. I am proud to call them part of my team before, after, and during my surgery and recovery process.

I go to therapy here and my therapist is amazing and has helped me a lot.

Ryan and the physical therapy team are great. Front office staff need some more house training before they’re allowed to talk to patients either in person or on the phones.

If you live close to this location or it’s your only option due to insurance limitations, the therapy team will take care of you. It’s a shame that you have to deal with their secretaries/office administrators to get that care. If you have the option to go anywhere else, I’d suggest taking the other option.

The receptionist is the rudest person I've ever met! I'd rather be in pain than deal with her.

Community Hospital network has a pattern and practice of telling you that services are covered when they are not. This is the second and last time I will use any of their locations (other than a couple doctors with whom I have a prior relationship and therefore a good idea of my copays & coinsurance). I was told my therapy was fully covered with no copay...it's actually covered at 80% with me paying 20% AFTER I pay the first $1500. So I guess I'll just have to get surgery (which also requires a deductible but will probably fix my problem rather than mitigate it). Your best bet is to avoid them but at least verify benefits on your own before letting them touch you. I'm paying $300 for an evaluation for services I can't use.
