Got my blood drawn here for the first time. I was very scared but the woman there was very professional about it and knew how to deal with anxiety. didn't even feel the needle go in, and she had all the blood she needed in seconds.

Such awesome people. It's refreshing to be able to deal with such personable people. The care I have received here from both my NP and the staff has been top-notch.

You'd think one of the 3 times they rescheduled my son's appointment that someone had a chance to tell me they don't accept my son's insurance. But they decided to let me waste my time and gas and let me show up to this appointment, just to tell me they don't take my son's insurance. This office needs to get it together

I was referred to Sports Medicine for my shoulder pain, I have been dealing with it for awhile and figured it was time to have it looked at. I was sent for an x ray of it and billed $374 out of over $600 for that. Then I received a bill for the Sports Medicine visit which my portion is $160. I am fine with this. He recommended I have 8 "sessions" of Physical Therapy so I did them at around 45 minutes a "session". At one visit I asked how much each session was and I was told about $300. I am ok with that. I opened my bill this morning to see I owe over $3600 out of over $6000 for my sessions. When I called the billing department the girl was snarky and told me they charge $288 per 15 minutes and I was charged extra because they ran over in time. This is how they charge it out she said. So I am being charged for about 25 "sessions" rather than 8. My shoulder still hurts so it didn't even help that much. A heads up would have been nice and this is very shady business. That is as much as some surgeries. A session to me is a visit and this should have been explained from the start. I like my PCP there but I have had problems in the past with communication reguarding appointments. I cancelled my follow up with Sports Medicine and will not be returning for anything. I am beyond livid with this whole ordeal and can't imagine what they charge people who have severe health issues. What a let down.

Cancel on the day of my appointment. I couldn't do the latest day they offered. His staff put in my chart that I canceled!

Incredibly rude when calling to try and find a pcp and extremely unhelpful. I’m so glad this is what our healthcare has come to.
