You can be the best doctors in the world but if you have horrible office staff you will loose business to a more friendly doctor's office. I have no idea why they tolerate it. The front office staff for years has always been RUDE. They don't greet you when you come in and then they always have an attitude. Not to mention one of the (most of them are super nice)severely abrasive nurse practioner's is always very inappropriate. My son went in for severe neck pain and she grabbed him by his head with both hands and jerked his head all over. Joking or not, it made him hurt worse and he cried in the car. My friend has reported her to the office manager before and she's no different so time to switch doctor's!
