Wonderful experience. Dr. Adams and his staff are amazing… A+ I had a root canal that was painless… nothing like I would have imagined. They are very punctual, efficient, organized and gentle. Dr. Adams explains what he is doing through the whole process. He shares information to help you make an educated decision on your care. Too Notch!

Dr. Joseph Adams and Shelby were the most professional, caring, and fun health providers I’ve ever met. I had a root canal, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was so quick and they were so informative. I’d definitely go back for any future needs.

From the point of walking in to leaving, everyone was polite, kind, and very helpful. The dental assistant and dentist had an amazing bedside manner. I had two root canals in the same day and felt no pain. I don’t ever want another root canal, but if it happens that I need one, I will go back to Indianapolis Endodontics. I feel comfortable there and appreciated. Thank you for making a bad situation as good as you possibly could. And thank you for relieving me of my major mouth, jaw, and ear pain. It’s been 24 hours now and I feel much better than I did before seeing you all.

This was one of the most professional and friendly dentist that I've visited. I was nervous because this was my first time there, but Lisa and Dr. Joseph took time to educate me on the procedure. The team was great they talked to me and not at me. Although the procedure didn't take long they made sure that I was included through the whole process. You guys were great!

They were able to get me in on short notice and were very friendly. No complications with the procedure and dentist was mindful of keeping discomfort to a minimum. Dentist and assistant explained expected post-op soreness and recommended actions with contact info if needed for emergencies.

Overall friendly and patient staff.

Dr Pfotenhauer is the best! I've never had another dentist do their work completely pain free until I saw Dr Pfotenhauer. Just knowing how great he is helped ease my anxiety. Highly recommended!

I'll start by saying that I'm terrified of receiving dental work. There's no logical reason for it, but that's the way I am. I put off seeing an endodontist for years, especially because it's notoriously expensive. Last week, I finally got a root canal from Dr. Adams and it went spectacularly. He and his assistant were very kind and explained exactly what to expect before, during, and after treatment. It's clear that Dr. Adams takes pride in his work because of the way he thoroughly explains everything in a manner that all patients can understand. He even made analogies to relate a root canal to what i do for work, which I thought was really neat. The admin team was completely transparent about the pricing from the very beginning, and to my surprise, the cost was pretty reasonable considering I was not covered by insurance. It was just a little more than IU school of endodontics, but completed in a fraction of the time with no waiting period. The whole procedure took less than an hour, and to my surprise, was easier than getting a filling. I hope to not need another root canal, but if I ever did, I would feel 1000x more comfortable knowing I can come here!

Very impressed!!! I was in major pain, Dr. Pfotenhauer fit me in last minute and sacrificed his normal lunchtime to relieve my pain, I might add that it is very obvious that he and his staff are very skilled in what they do!! Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service! It was an emergency due to extreme pain, and they got me in that day! Amanda was wonderful! Very calming, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Dr. Rexford was gentle, communicative, informative, and compassionate. She did an amazing job!!

Felt like a beach vacation... Well not really, because it’s a root canal. But I was pain free and done in about an hour, and I don’t think you can ask for more than that! Everyone was nice, professional, and it was done quickly. 5 stars.

Hands down will recommend Indy Endodontics due to the staff being personable, knowledgeable, and down to earth. The explanation of treatment, options regarding possible alternative treatment, and the dedication to look deeper into the entire depth of an issue. I’ve been to this location for two quasi serious issues and have been completely satisfied with everyone I’ve encountered along the way.

I went in with severe swelling and pain, left with very little pain and some swelling relief. Lisa and the Dr were very caring and very concerned over any discomfort during the procedure. I appreciate both for the caring and professional attitudes. Love you both.

Had a root canal on a particularly difficult molar. Dr Adam’s”s staff was warm and efficient. They eased my concerns. Dr. Adams is highly skilled and made the procedure very tolerable. No pain. I appreciated everyone’s professionalism. Will happily return as needed.

I had a very good experience at Indianapolis Endodontics. I had a root canal profited by Dr. Pfotenhauer and his dental assistant Karen. It took me a while to get in for my first appointment, but once I did they saw me the same day to rectify my issue. I will definitely go back to them if the need arises again.

The best in the State! Dr. Adams the hygienist, hell the whole team there are simply amazing! They perform a root canal on a tooth no other dentist would touch with terrible decay, 3 years later and it is doing amazing! I recently received a second opinion for two other teeth another dentist said were extractions. He gave his honest opinion and provided great recommendations and explanations. Where ever you are in the state it is well worth the drive to save your smile! Thank you all again!

Fantastic experience at Indianapolis Endodontics in Avon. I worked with Dr David, Karen and Stacy (forgive me if I got a name incorrect). All were top notch. I went in for a consultation for a failed root canal (done years ago by a dentist in Seattle). Thanks to a cancellation I was able to get in day of to get the root canal fixed. Did not need to replace a crown as he drilled a small hole through the crown, treated, and sealed. He was so good I fell asleep on the table :) would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Everything was explained to me in advance, was told what to expect during my procedure, everyone I dealt with was very nice . The procedure was as painless as it could be as far as a root canal is concerned. Would recommend the to anyone needing dental work
