Happy with the service!!!! They are willing to help with anything and when one person couldn’t figure it out they came together as a team and helped me with what I needed help. Def will be my main store to go to when in need of help!!! Check them out you will not be disappointed !!!!

I received great customer service from Shelby and Helen at speedway store on crawfordsville road I had a new phone they called and let me know what to bring in accommodated me with all the necessities that I needed except me up and made sure I was on point when I left I do thank them I was mad because the person wasn't here Anthony but it's all good and everything was fine I appreciate everyone

Went inside in the morning and got good deals and feel good talking.i had to recommend more people to him and went back in couple hours later

The employees were extremely helpful with any questions or concerns that I had! Shelbi was very supportive of all staff and was very helpful if staff had additional questions and she laid everything out very clearly to show me what I was being charged for and my expectations for my billing every month! She explained all promos very thoroughly and I left without any questions! I recommend if you’re in the Indianapolis area definitely come by this store, you will not be disappointed! 10/10

2 months ago I got home internet with Verizon. Great service! I went to Crawfordsville by 465 and Helen Torres was very helpful answered all my questions! Great attitude!

We worked with Luke Strand at the Speedway store. We visited 3 times because we weren’t sure what we wanted to do. He was very knowledgeable and patient each time we came in. He walked us through what needed to be done and was totally professional the during the entire process. He is definitely an asset to Verizon and perfect working face to face with customers.
