I don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. I go in to browse all the time and I've never had a bad experience. Great music, great product, and the employees especially make it a fun environment. They're not afraid to talk and laugh with each other and customers, and they truly make you feel comfortable and welcome. They always upsell product really well, causing me to spend more money, but that just means they're good at what they do. I usually prefer to shop online at most places, but I always go in store to see these guys. If you're ever in the area and need a little fun, be sure to stop by.

Cool stuff and friendly staff. I bought something online but it didn’t fit. Woman was very helpful and was able to get me an exchange in the right size shipped to my home.

Food and service were both very good. Steak was a bit under my liking they fixed it

Hot Topic is my happy place. Walking into the store feels like walking into grandma’s kitchen on a Christmas Day and getting gobbled up in Granny hugs. Any bad mood can melt away, whether I’m shopping in store or through their awesome app! It’s a place where my 2 (very different) favorite things commingle: Disney and Death 🖤
Expert advice: never pay full price.. wait a few days and it’ll probably be on sale. And site to store is a game changer for cheapskates like me 😉

What more can be said about it when the name says it all! If your lucky and you can find the time to stop in and say hi to the wonderful employees! Super nice super friendly and have great deals if you know where and when to look! I can say I'm in here almost every other Friday 😂

The clerks are always so helpful, they have the best music playlists whenever I go in, and there is great sales and clearance deals every time I shop there.
