If you want a vet that actually cares about your animals and does not make you come in to be seen by a vet just so your dog can get flea and tic meds. after already being seen for their annual exam 6 months prior than this mobile vet is definitely for you! I def. do not recommend the ARK VET in shelburne unless you are a millionaire. That’s what they make you do there just to get flea and tic medicine.

Our pets love him! Dr. Ross was very helpful and supported our pup and us when we were vacationing out of state. We truly appreciate all that he has done for our pets.

Dr. Ross is most compassionate and caring as well as deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of small animal care. His staff is superb as well. They are all kind and caring and respond quickly to questions and needs your pet or you msy have. He is the absolute best veterinarian there is and I wish he took humans as patients because he gets life.

Our cat has jaw cancer and they were able to come and examine her at home and will return when the time comes in the near future. Dr. Ross and assistant are expert and kind. We are grateful home care is possible.

Absolutely amazing! Comes to your house so there's zero stress of new environment. He's super quiet and relaxed with your animal and willing to answer any and all questions. Never pushes products on you just shows you all options and let's you decide! Great vet!

Randy is a combination of compassion, experience and common sense. He's seen some of my animals off and on for many years and I can always count on him to do the right thing. He is a godsend!

We've used Randy for our dogs and cats for years and have always been extremely satisfied... Always prompt and courteous...So much easier than having to bring the pets somewhere else... Excellent with the animals... Even our cat liked seeing him!... Never pushes any product on you or makes you feel like you're not doing the right thing for your pet... We look forward to having him treat our new puppy too!

Refused to come
Person who called me back would not listen to what I was trying to tell him. Said Dr Ross no longer comes to this area. The area he services should be on website. My dog has not been neglected, she is now at a stage where the car rides are very hard for her.

Horrible human being. Should not be in this field of work. I Live by the saying “if you don’t like your job, change career paths”.
