I have used this pharmacy for 4 or 5 years. It was always the BEST. I’m not sure if them moving to the front, or if they have taken on way too many patients is the problem…. A few weeks ago I asked them to send a request to my dr for a medication refill. When they did they never called to let me know that the doctor said I needed an appointment before a refill. They have always called if they couldn’t refill it or with any issues honestly. Tuesday I called at 8:50am & asked for a medication refill for a medicine I NEED. I said PLEASE DONT MAIL THIS, I WILL PICK IT UP. I never got a call it was ready. No text. NOTHING. I show up at 3:30pm & they tell me it was mailed already & they would contact whoever took it to the post office. The lady that took the meds to the post office wouldn’t answer her phone for them. So they suggested I go to the post office & ask for my package. I actually did & the post office didn’t have them yet…….. so I went home without my meds! I got a notification that the shipping label was created at 6:57pm & USPS is waiting for the item……. I can’t believe the way this place has changed that now I’m going to need to change pharmacies
