Peter at Autobahn was very thorough when going over diagnostic. He was honest when telling me how much repairs would be and even suggested some repairs would be cheaper to have done at another shop which was extremely helpful in saving money. When repairs were finished and I received the invoice, the cost was exactly what I expected from estimate. No hidden costs and no add-ons. Great shop and great workers!

Spoke with Peter via email and then over the phone. GREAT customer and no issues with my car at all. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Although they are backed up like many other places, my air conditioning stopped working and Peter made sure I wasn’t driving out here in the heat. He worked with my work from home schedule as I didn’t have a rental and the after hour drop off and pick up made it much more convenient for me and my family. Thank you again Peter!!

Great guys who took care of the engine replacement on my BMW 335I under warranty. They even put up with my constant questioning with no complaints! Replacement was taken care of in an extremely timely manner that would've been finished even sooner if I didn't add additional work on my own request. Can't recommend Autobahn enough!

Great technicians very committed and stays in touch with the customer. My 6 series BMW is being worked on by them and I greatly appreciate the updates that they give me and the suggestions about what to do that I get from them. They are flexible and very professional. First experience with them getting my Jaguar XJL repaired and serviced. They were extremely professional and thorough. They handled all the warranty communications, explained what was required and were very knowledgeable. I am hesitant to trust just anyone but they have earned my trust and gained a lifelong customer. More convenient, trustworthy and expeditious than the dealer in my opinion.

When my BMW developed a misfire, I brought it to Autobahn based on the recommendation of a co-worker who has been a long-time BMW owner. They quickly diagnosed the issue (bad coils), performed some other needed service, and got the car back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. I felt like they had the expertise and brand-specific equipment that other shops lack. This was the best experience I've had with service and repairs on my new-to-me German car. I unhesitatingly recommend them.

I just had my Saab serviced and Autobahn is CLEARLY FAR SUPERIOR to any other service center I've been. Peter took time to listen to my concerns and made suggestions and Thomas took the time to explain all the issues so that I could make a decision on the repairs -NOT THEM-. I would drive from any distance to receive their level of professional courtesy and expert service.

This is the place to go if you have a German car in central Indiana. They are very knowledgeable, kind, and fair. I can't imagine taking my BMW anywhere else. I have dealt mostly with Tom and I trust any advice he has. He will explain clearly what issues are going on and what needs addressed immediately and what can wait. I know as long as I have a German car they will be the only ones to touch it.

Highly recommended for all European car owners. Peter and Patrick are a pleasure to do business with on basic maintenance and third party warranty repair work. I have a BMW and VW and trust them to do any work on my cars as long as I live in the area.

I've been a customer of Peter's when he on smith valley rd. They have always done outstanding work. I never have to worry about any repairs. Since im a car guy, i also appreciate his detailed explanations. I just had a 98 Eurovan camper in for engine replacement, parts for a 22yo are hard to source. After a year, of both of us, getting the right parts, peter made sure EVERYTHING got taken care of. So, if you dont have a auto mechanic, well NOW YOU DO.

I bought a used car in Utah and decided to drive it back east. It was leaking coolant and I ended up at Autobahn late on a Friday afternoon. The guys here took amazing care of me and my car, got it in the air quickly, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. I fortunately made it back home without further issue, but I credit Autobahn for the help with their advice and supplies to let the car limp back home. If I lived in the area they would have won my business for life.

When I purchased my VW, my thoughts were AutoBahn would handle any service. I had to tow my vehicle there which is very intimidating because there could be a chance of being taken advantage of. Not the case in the least. I spoke with Peter on the phone and he asked for pictures then gave me a plan A and a plan B in case. I was also given a price range that was very fair. My car was completed before anticipated. The price was right in the middle of the estimated range. AutoBahn is a very knowledgeable company but also very upfront and honest company. I will have no problems going back in the future. Thanks!
