Although they were busy, they were able to help us quickly and were friendly with a great attitude. We will definitely be coming back to this location. Amazing!

I am disabled and have to use a cane. I had 2 heavy (for me) items I needed shipped. I took them to the store then asked for help getting them inside. One of the clerks went to my car and carried them inside. They then packed them up for me, only charging me for 2 boxes. That was a great service. I would have had trouble doing all that. This is a great store with fantastic service. Thank you for being so eager in helping me out. I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

Every time I set foot in this place I am impressed. They are efficient, kind, helpful, and get the job done. Even if they are busy they move swiftly and get people out in a timely manner. They have been a blessing to our family through notary services, shipping needs, and the like. Great great great service!!

The staff was so nice to me a little over a week ago. I had a horrible experience at another UPS store and was still so upset from that experience. The staff was so kind and helpful and truly made me be able to laugh and stop crying. I will make this my only location to return things. I don’t care that they are not close to me. The staff truly changed my day for me and made me so much happier. The staff is for sure the A team

The staff is super friendly, they made my task very easy. I walked in with two shipments for Amazon and without a label. They helped me print it out and took care of it. I was in and out in two minutes. Very happy with my experience.

I am so fortunate to have met the store owner, Brian. I recently had to move away from Indiana to Nevada, running low on cash and with no car, living in a very negative environment. After I brought my desktop computer to the UPS Store, because it wouldn't fit in any of the boxes I had, Brian personally assured me that the computer would be secured and arrive in a few days, using what I could afford. Later, my scheduled UPS pick-up went horrible, and they couldn't take my boxes nor tried to help with my situation, as I was leaving the next Monday at 6 am. I had expected UPS to help me with labels, because the website said that they would bring proper documentation. In a desperate, last ditch effort, I went back to the UPS Store before they closed, and met Brian again. I explained to a worker what was happening and she asked Brian if there was anything they could do. He said he would take care of it. I was a little confused, so I asked what he meant. Brian said to stick around after closing and he would come to my apartment with his truck to take my boxes and process on Sunday. My jaw was to the floor, mostly in disbelief. But, he followed through. I couldn't personally move the boxes down the stairs from my third sotry apartment, due to physical complications with my body. He took all seven boxes, approximately 150 pounds worth, down the stairs. When he came up for the last box, I offered him what little money I had left in my wallet, and he declined. I arrived in Las Vegas and all of my stuff is here, intact, and some of the boxes looked to be re-secured. My computer is safe as well, and I cannot believe how different my life will be now that I still have the few things I have, instead of leaving it all behind. Thank you Brian, and thank you to the UPS Store for helping me through one of the most perilous times of my life. I am safe now!

Five FULL stars for this place. This is seriously the only UPS Store on the south side worth your time. AVOID the others, and go out of your way if you have to, and do business here. The pricing at the other stores is LUNACY compared to the Smith Valley location. Even when the place is packed and busy, the crew here keeps it orderly, organized and you're in and out quickly. NEVER any problems here. From small packages, to big ticket shipments, copy and print services to post office boxes and packing materials, you can do it all here, and it will be done right the first time, every time. This is not even the closest store to my home, but I go all the way across town to this location regularly, because of the difference in price, excellent service, and to buy packing materials when I need them. I've never been disappointed here.

I visited this store yesterday in the pouring rain. Had two packages for returns. Neither was for UPS but they helped me figure it all out. Not sure if it was because I was soaking wet and looked pitiful or they were simply focused on customer service and helping me out. I’m sure it was the latter reason. I had two staff helping me. Navigate my phone. Print out two correct labels. Just in time for the rain to let up and send me on my way. There are good people in this world and businesses that deserve the recognition and this UPS store is definitely one of them.
