They are always helpful and get you in and out pretty quickly without feeling too rushed. Even though Google says they are open til 7pm, they actually close at 6:30pm. The accurate hours are on the website.

I went to Porter express care recently for an ankle injury. When I called I was told they were busy and would get me in ASAP. Only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was brought into a room. Was quickly taken for X-rays and seen by Kathryn Zoll PA-C who was so kind and helpful. I was there maybe 45 minutes total despite how busy they seemed. Everyone there from the nurse that checked me in, the nurses that came in to wrap my foot, the X-ray technician and the women at the front desk that took my phone call and got me in and discharged me were all so very kind and efficient. I really appreciate the fast service and the care that I received. I am glad I chose to go here and highly recommend this service.

I was visiting from out of state and called this urgent express care office. They were so nice because they were about to close in less than 20 mins and made sure I was seen and cared for regarding my Tick Bite. I left feeling that I received excellent care and was provided with the necessary medication for my bite.

Brought my son in today for an abscessed tooth. The staff was awesome and we were only there about 20 minutes total.

Up until 12/17/21 I have always walked away feeling like the provider cared today I saw Hylah wells Patton and that was by far not the case. Did she even listen to what I said clearly not from her “notes” in after summary. Did she even look at my chart? Clearly not because it states allergies and was trying to put me on medication that I had a severe reaction to. She didn’t even record what I said chest tightness really negative I said from my ears down to my chest feels like someone is squeezing me and no face swelling 🤦‍♀ yeah I don’t think she knows what swelled eyes look like and apparently she didn’t read record about my really bad acid reflux And recent visit to ER and ENT yet give me a paper about a sore throat. FROM MY EARS DOWN TO MY CHEST IS TIGHT LIKE SOMEONE IS SQUEEZING ME!!! And my neck is extremely sore to touch. I walked out of there so upset I couldn’t even grab the after summary report and cried in car.

THANKFULLY ENT OFFICE CALLED AND HE SENT IN ANTIBIOTICS!!! That I have an infection in my tonsils.

Sat for three hours had a strep test done no one came in my room for over an hour. My charts result came in quicker than the doctor ! We sat for a whole hour with no one coming in, ridiculous that we sat there for three hours and saw the doctor for a total of 10 minutes not impressed

WASTE OF TIME. Waited TWO HOURS to be seen by the doctor who looked at me for 1 minute and sent me home. What a total joke.
