Darren Moore - State Farm Insurance Agent

My husband and I have been shopping around for new car insurance the past couple months which brought us to state farm to inquire about an auto policy. The customer service was so excellent that we ended up getting life policy added to our auto policy for our 3 kids. I spoke to the agent Sara at state farm who was very knowledgeable about the policies and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. She was patient and extremely nice. This is what great customer service looks like and I will recommend state farm all the way. P.S the rate was $300 less than what we were paying before. Thanks Sara for all your help.

We bundled our homeowner's insurance with our auto policies today at Darren Moore's office in Elsmere. We should have done this year's ago, as they saved us $2000 per year. Maria C., the team leader, was awesome. She took her time with us and treated us like family. I recommend everyone to switch to State Farm.

State Farm customer service is always top notch and talking with Sara was no different. She was caring, understanding and empathetic! (Two boys getting car insurance ugh) Sara took her time with answering any and all questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Sara!!

Never needed a claim until I had two in one day. The parent company was supportive, prompt, and did the right things without me asking. As for the field office, the staff have always been wonderful especially when answering complex questions. Good stuff, keep on doing it!
