I would like to thank Clickgoodwill for being honest, I bought book named “ Marinas and small craft harbors” through Amazon, it’s supposed to be used book, and they “mentioned Pages may include limited notes, highlighting, or minor water damage but the text is readable.”

Actually, the book which I received almost like a new, it was in perfect condition, I couldn’t find single defect.

Bought stuff off bedding website everything was as advertised shipping was fast only complaint could’ve had more packing for shipping

So far, the experience of scheduling pick up for an item has been extremely difficult. Phone calls go unreturned, no way to directly speak with someone directly, following phone prompts gets you nowhere. They make it extremely difficult to receive purchased items and therefore take your money without receiving your items.

Don't buy online from this Goodwill. I had a horrible experience with the customer service.

Sent wrong book. Difficult to follow up with them.
