Middlebury Bagel

Food is amazing, the staff works hard, this place is a goldmine for Middlebury..been going here since i was a kid..definitely worth it to check this restaurant out, if I could go every day I would :) go try them out! Local, friendly establishment. They also offer more than just bagels but also breakfast sandwiches, so happy they’re still around :)) also great coffee selections

An excellent place to start your morning. Wide variety of bagels and they are all very fresh. Bagel cream cheese is a delight. This is very popular with the locals as well as the tourists and gets quite crowded.

Fantastic bagels and the glazed donuts are just as good. Very clean. Staff super nice. You won't be disappointed!

This us one of my favorite places to eat breakfast or lunch. The atmosphere is very layed back and the food is all made from scratch with very big portions at reasonable prices. The bagels are delicious and with the many toppings to pick from you will have a hard time choosing. They have a serve yourself tea and coffee station with other drinks also available. Quiet, quaint, with yummy food give it a try.

Middlebury Bagel has some of the best donuts around. Keeps me coming back... Coconut and apple fritters are my personal favorites. Also they make donut cakes which are pretty good too.

This is our second time eating at Middlebury Bagel and it is FANTASTIC!! This weekend the line was out the door but we waited.and was pleasantly surprised with the lack of a long wait and the smiles of the staff behind the counter. Per usual our bagels were fantastic and the two breakfast sandwiches were just right. Always a great bagel and a smile. Thank you.

We've had city donuts, suburb donuts, gourmet doughnuts and boxed donuts. The Maple cream donut from Middlebury Bagel is well and by far the best donut I've ever had in my life. Really solid bagels too. We leave satisfied every time. Cool staff and great vibes.

SO. YUMMY. cash only --- the glazed donuts are to die for, also the egg and cheese bagel on sesame ... some have gotten the pancakes etc. great great food, yummy atmosphere

Great donuts and bagels homemade daily not frozen and thawed like their competitor's! All of the staff are awesome! So if you want great food and fantastic staff this is the place to go! Highly highly recommend!

I love this place the doughnuts are 2nd to NONE! Plain glazed with a Jim's stroller and Monument Farms whole chocolate milk beat start too any day!

Unfortunately, I’ve only been able to make it over here once, but my God is this place good. The bagel may have been the best bagel I’ve ever had in my life. I’m from the Midwest and our bagels are usually more chewy than anything else. The bagels here had a crunch to them, which I absolutely loved, and the cream cheese spread was soo good. I may have gotten the boring old “plain bagel with cream cheese”, but if that was that good, I can only imagine what everything else tastes like. I am counting the days until I can come again. I highly recommend this place.

Gluten free toast, made it into an awesome breakfast sammie for me. Quick and yummy.

Great bagels! I got a wrap and a bagel. Both were excellent. Service is quick and cheerful. Good selection of coffee.

The donuts are amazing and if you are lucky and go early on a weekend they may have made the amazing maple cream donuts. Even if not, every donut is delicious and the bagels and top notch - not quite Brooklyn size, but every bit as good. Be sure you hit up the ATM first, because this is a cash only operation.

These are the best donuts I've had in years. They will fill you up! Buttermilk glazed and cinnamon sugar are what I've tried so far. Cash only but they have an ATM. Tasty coffee too.

Can't go wrong here, the food is great. Been going here for over 20 years now and have never had a bad experience. One of the best food establishments in the town. Ordering and paying is a little hectic, but that's part of the charm.

They also take cards now, no longer cash only.
