I ordered a 12 volt 4 wheeler, for my Grandchild, at Christmas. The starter button quit 5 days after warranty:/ Best Choice Products came through for me, and sent a New 4 wheeler! Exceptional company! I highly recommend this company!

Purchased a great outdoor bar set- unfortunately one of the legs broke on the first use. The supplier immediately apologized and sent out a complete new set. Great customer service is so hard to find these days and this company exceeded expectations. We love the patio set and can’t wait for more nights using it!

I had one of them break while opening it. When I contacted them about it and sent photos they apologized and said they will replace it at no charge along with ship it to me for free. They went above and beyond for this unique situation and I was blown away. Again, I have several patio umbrellas of theirs and I love them. Great customer service and problem resolution!!

I recently purchased a canopied swing. The order came extremely fast (2 days.) My husband and I put the swing together and attached the canopy. When I stepped back to look at it I was sick seeing one corner of the canopy was splitting. I contacted Best Choice customer service and they responded quickly. I was told they do not have replacement canopies but was offered a partial refund which was fair if I wanted to keep the swing. I did decide to keep the swing and plan to get it re-sewn locally. I received the refund in a few days and am very satisfied. I have purchased from Best Choice previously and have not had any problems. I would definitely recommend Best Choice.

A few weeks ago I ordered a 10 ft. tan patio umbrella. It was the perfect size, color and had neat solar lights, but there was a slight problem with the pole. I contacted the company and heard from them immediately. It was evident from the onset that their purpose was satisfaction guaranteed. They solved the problem. I would highly recommend this company because of its products and service!

Thanks for a job well done! I ordered and received a cantilever umbrella with solar lights that had a flaw in the plastic cover that covers the base. I sent a message with a picture of the flawed piece to the customer service department and Best Choice sent me a complete replacement within 2 days. Best Choice stands behind their products and has a superb customer service team.

I recently ordered 2 patio solar umbrellas from Best Choice. My order was perfect! Just as described. My only issue was when I went to turn on the LED lights, it didn’t work. I did do some troubleshooting with the help of an agent. After going back in forth with trying different things. Lights still didn’t work. My agent offered another set of umbrellas that arrived within the same week. I am so grateful the company was willing to remedy my situation without hesitation. I’ll definitely order from them again

I recently ordered an outdoor umbrella base from Best Choice. Unfortunately it was missing a piece of hardware to secure my umbrella in the base. I contacted customer service and was thrilled that I did. Not only was the service representative professional, but very kind and obviously cared about getting the problem rectified.
I was absolutely shocked to find a complete replacement base delivered the very next day!!
I am very pleased with my purchase, but the customer service was the best part of my experience and truly remarkable!

I purchased an outdoor pub style dining set recently. I love it! Although, it was slightly difficult to assemble, once it was, it seems very study and it looks great!

I had a very minor issue with an item received and Best Choice Products went above and beyond to fix it and make things right. They really care about the people they hire as well. When I was done with my telephone call to customer service there was the standard open to rate how it went. I chose to do the rating since things had gone so well and within that there were options on what sort of rewards the customer service rep could receive. Great customer service!

The right choice. A much better price and product than I was getting from the mattress stores. My adjustable beds are very well built, easy to assemble, and quiet. My on line and telephone contact with their personal was all very productive and professional - highly recommend.

Absolutely the BEST customer service I’ve experienced for both before and after the point of sale. I guess I should also mention that we love the new zero gravity chairs and the patio furniture, so much so that I have written multiple reviews and I NEVER do that. Well done, BCP. First shipment was missing a cross bar support needed to keep the wheel barrow from turning stress damage.
I was delayed beyond warranty date in requesting the missing part due to recent heart surgery.
The part was shipped to me with expediency. Have not yet opened box but expect full satisfaction.
I will buy future products when needed and my health allows.

Best Choice Products, quality items, great variety, and great prices. However, the most important part of shopping at Best Choice Products is the level of care and concern received from Customer Service. I'm an online shopper and every experience has satisfied me 💯 %. I bought a greenhouse for my husbands birthday last winter. When we went to set it up we discovered it was the erring size and we were missing nuts and bolts(due to receiving wrong size).
I notified the company and was told the 60 day warranty was up.
After I explained to them why it was over the 60 day warranty(husband bday in winter and in our location we would not set up a greenhouse that time of year).
Within hours I heard back from company that they would send a replacement greenhouse.
My husband was so happy and it took less than a week to receive the replacement.
NOW THAT IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY!
I will gladly do business with them again and will encourage others to do so.

Had a great experience overall with customer service. Had bought a patio umbrella with lights on the inside that wouldn’t turn on. I sent for help via email and they promptly responded and provided some easy potential solutions and encouraged me to continue with correspondence should they not work. The solutions worked like a charm and the umbrella is awesome! Their help and support was fantastic and I’m glad we ordered from them. I’m sorry to see some people did not get this same service from the reviews but the individuals I encountered were great. Remember to approach support like it’s someone you care about and you are likely to get the same care in response :)

We bought a fire table about a month ago for one of our deck tiers. After putting it together, we noticed the glass wind protector was missing. Contacted customer service about it and we received the piece in less than a week. Things happen, I understand. However, not many companies are extremely responsive or pleasant AND make it right. This company did all of the above. I'd absolutely buy from them again and appreciate the service I received.
