When we arrived we were greeted promptly by Kate. After coming inside we were then greeted by Wednesday & Pugsley (their cat companions), which being cat people ourselves, was very comforting during our time of grieving. Judy came in the room and talked to us while making us feel very welcomed. She listened to us talk about my husband’s father (who we were there for) to help get a sense of the kinda person he truly was. All the while I had Wednesday laying across my lap purring away.❤ Even with the complications that arose with his cremation she was very kind and comforting. You could tell she was sincere and takes doing her job with pride. The obituary she wrote for him in just the short amount of time she had to get to know him through us talking was remarkable. They definitely have our business from here on out and will recommend them whenever we possibly can. These guys did an unimpeachably amazing job with my daughter's funeral service. I came into town on Monday and Thursday we had a great service for my daughter. Chris, Judy and ALL of the staff there made this experience SO VERY EASY insofar as their piece was concerned. In addition to the excellent service and attention to detail, the prices here are FAR SUPERIOR than that of all the other places I had looked at. Recently lost my father and were referred to Fountain Square Mortuary. We were greeted by Kate at the front door then immediately greeted by Wednesday Pugsly and Xena (emotional support cats). We then met with Judy and she was absolutely amazing with our grieving process. She was very friendly supportive and attentive to our wants/needs in this difficult time.

Had the best experience that one could experience in such a difficult time in life. Not only are they very affordable and accommodating they care about you, your family and your loved one. They all go above and beyond to make sure your loved one has the best memorial service. I highly recommend you give them your business. Thank you for everything you did for our mom Frieda. Her services was beautiful. You guys are awesome.

They are an excellent place to go for all of your Funeral and Cremation services. They helped me take care of my mothers cremation. Ms. Judy and Ms. Abby were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They also have an excellent choice of Urns, Keepsakes, and Scatter tubes at resonable cost. Highly recommend!

My papaw passed away and we chose this location to have his service and I am so glad we did. So friendly, laid back and they made the service list like he would have wanted. My papaw had a sense of humor and they for sure understood the assignment haha. If I need to choose a funeral home in the future I will definitely be choosing them. This funeral home is beautiful and filled full of little fluffy cats. It's a very clean place that gives off a loving home vive. I really appreciate how kind and helpful the ladies that run the place were to me and my mom. My sister Brandy was in excellent hands and I really do like that. My FIL had his viewing and cremation services through here. The building is nice, clean, and had adequate space for everyone who attended. And most importantly, the woman I encountered was absolutely wonderful. She was very personable, caring, and attentive. It was clear, to me, she was doing her best to make sure all the family members were satisfied with the flower arrangements and service pamphlets. It was just a very empathetic and respectful experience compared to my experience at a different funeral home.

If you are looking for a very reasonable service for your loved ones with very fair prices and helpful staff, this is the place. They dont try to push anything on you and communicate very well. They even let us bring our dog who was so excited to see her mom, very few places allow animals. My family was very happy with the service and the communication from judy. Highly recommended this funeral home/service

Where do I start? Our Grandfather/Dad was showed her and all we can say is WOW. they done an excellent job on him , they were very professional very helpful and very friendly. They went above and beyond our expectations, many times i had a lot of questions and alot of demands and they answered all my questions and helped me with my demands. I know I was not easy to work with sometimes but not once did they get upset with me. Chris was such a nice guy we really appreciate him so much for going out of his way to get our Grandfather/Dad a full military funeral. Also Sherry was such a firm but super polite person. She too helped with all my demands and questions , she was top notch professional and kind can't say enough about her thank you both from the bottom of our heart for all your help and making our last days with our loved one so much easier.

Fountain Square Funeral Home took my beloved mother into their care December 17th and helped us arrange her funeral at the church she belonged to, the week of Christmas. I have nothing but praise for Chris and his staff. Though Fountain Square Funeral Home was not the first call I made trying to arrange for the pick up of my mothers body. It will be the first call I'll make in the future, should the need ever arise. I've worked with hundreds of funeral directors in my life and have only recommended one other Funeral Home in my 40 years of Ministry.

I lost my father nearly 3 months ago, and I still can't get over the kindness shown by Fountain Square Cremation and Funeral Services. During the darkest time of my life, I found people that truly care to help me handle every little detail when I couldn't handle it myself. We transferred my father's body from another funeral home because money was tight and we needed to have the service immediately in order to have an open casket viewing. They made it happen. They completed the service the day after they retrieved his body. Their makeup artist made my father look like he was peacefully sleeping, and that image being my final memory of him is well worth the choice I made to have him transferred at the last minute. I cannot thank thank Chris Cox enough for his concern and empathy in the way he dealt with my sister and I. We were late dropping off my father's clothing and Chris didn't bat an eye. I was late to pretty much every meeting I set with them and they simply understood without judgment. They called me as soon as dad's ashes were prepared on the exact day I was told they'd be ready. Highly recommend and I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They were beyond accommodating and extremely nice. You don’t have to worry about being lied to or even hidden costs, everything you need for the service of your choice is given with the staffs support. My fathers death was unexpected at the age of 27, turning to Fountain Square made the process far more pleasant then I would had ever imagined. This funeral home is absolutely amazing! Chris allowed myself and some of my family and friends to create two visual and musical pieces in an attempt to bring positivity and understanding regarding the addiction epidemic that has altered so many lives! The funeral home is beautiful and the staff is friendly and welcoming! I would recommend this funeral home every day!!

My brother passed a week ago and I called them to make arrangements. They got us an appointment fast and got our services started. We had a hiccup in the road cause we needed to get documents signed over and they helped us. They were amazing people. The services were great. They did an amazing job on my brother. I would deff recommend this place. Even with holidays 5 days away they did what they had to do and got us in. I want to personally thank judy for all her hard work and being beside us through the whole thing to make sure it was completely perfect. She personally has messaged me just to make sure everything looked wonderful. Thank you Judy Lipps for everything. This place is amazing.

Losing a loved one and calling funeral homes is not easy. My family member died young and didn't have money saved or an insurance policy to help with the expenses for a service and cremation. This funeral home is one of the cheapest for a service and cremation but that didn't mean any corners were cut. Also, this facility only has one service at a time.

Fount Square funeral home helped us to make his service personalized. The let you play your own music, had his picture displayed on a TV and even provided easels for photo boards. I was a little worried about the facility not being big enough but we had plenty of room with probably 75 people there to say thier goodbye. I have nothing but good things to say about Fountain Square Funeral Home and want to thank the staff for helping us during this tough time.

I really enjoyed the experience I had with my nephew you Chris was exceptional in taking care of everything and any problems that occurred he also took care of any questions i had and updating all the death certificates i needed I think the company is extremely fair On the charge for cremation services very reasonable costs

My mom lost her husband on December 26th, the ladies at funeral home went above and beyond to help us. They made the process so much easier!!! They was very helpful with any questions I had. When I needed to get ahold of them they got right back to me and answered any questions I had!!
