My family and I have been into several Emergency rooms for whatever reason throughout our lives. Last night we found ourselves back at Porter ER. The confident Dr. Pitts walked into our room. He took his time going over the reason for the visit, he ordered bloodwork, all imaging possible to rule out what may be going on. His bedside manner blew me away. We were never left more than 45 minutes without him coming in with test results, he explained every finding in a way we could understand. All of our questions were answered. His RN was great also he was so kind and made us feel like real people and not just another patient with a problem. Thank you so much Dr. Pitts you are a true doctor.
