Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Downtown

The bridal party visited for a night, with the bride. Everyone seemed to work as a team and pull their own weight, making it a pleasantly smooth experience. Valet was super friendly, even helped us load our bags to the cart and take to the room.
Beautiful old building. Downtown near it all. I would recommend AND stay here again. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was plentiful, and fresh. The coffee was good, even had my creamer, which is rare. Just a good experience for the bride all together.

We stayed here when the Browns were in town and were absolutely blown away with how trendy the rooms were for the price. Absolutely loved the high ceilings and brick. Super large rooms with plenty of space, worked great for our family (we have a 4 and 10 year old, so room to play is so appreciated). The pool could have been warmer, but that's my only criticism. The location to the stadium was great. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

First off, the staff at this hotel is awesome. The check in people are really nice and the valet people are really helpful, but the breakfast staff are the best! They are so nice and speedy, and the whole breakfast area is very clean and well stocked.
The rooms we've had at this hotel have all been very nice. This is the only hotel we've ever stayed in where we felt comfortable. There are full sized appliances in the rooms, and little extras like a spare blanket in the closet.
The location was very nice for us because we like to just park the car and walk around the city, and this location is very walkable.
We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, and I very much recommend it. Everyone working there should get a big raise because they are doing their jobs very well.

They have valet parking, but parking garage is so close. We loved the convenient location. We parked on day one and walked everywhere we wanted to go! Room was clean and spacious!!!

TLDR: Highly recommended. Stayed for a single night but the rooms were really nice, clean and they offered free breakfast.

Hospitality: The staff was very nice to us and courteous. The front desk even engaged in conversation despite our arrival being so late. The staff the following morning even offered assistance with the continental breakfast and asked if everything was okay.

Services: Due to our short stay I did not take time to look into the services offered by this hotel.

Room: The rooms were the most impressive! This hotel was built within an old shoe factory and the ceiling in each room is so high! For the price of a suite, you also get plenty of room with a full kitchen, couch, desk, bed, and dedicated bathroom area.

Cleanliness: I had nothing jump out at me as being unclean during my stay here. We did not stay long enough to comment on housekeeping.

Location: The location seems to be in the heart of downtown with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Due to this, however, there is no parking and as a result, you are forced to use valet.

Overall: I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's cheap enough compared to neighboring places and I believe that the quality rivals high-end hotels.

We love the convenience of this location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Hotel staff is nice and rooms are clean.

Downtown is the place, My wife and I stayed here and what a great experience we had. The staff was very positive and happy, The valet was great, they greeted you at your car when pulled up and help unload your luggage assist you to guest services for checking in. Which you are greeted with smiling happy faces. They explain all the amenities that are available to you as guest like Continental free breakfast and give great suggestions on where to eat downtown and what local entertainment is available. Our suite was very nice, clean comfortable bed, coffee maker inside room, full-size refrigerator, microwave. Shower is very large and clean. It’s a nice walk-in with shampoo and liquid soap dispensers on wall as well as body lotions. The hotel is very clean and staff takes pride in what they do and the property shows it.

Downtown location less than two blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Spacious room with all the amenities. Great beds and bathroom. Decent breakfast buffet.

Parking. Had to paid $100.00 when we arrived. Never use the car until we left. We were there 2 days. So that was $50.00 a night. We paid without knowing it. Said we would receive deposit back if not used. Never happened.

Very nice rooms, very clean, comfortable bed. The staff was very nice and professional. You walk right out the door and have very close walking options of restaurants, bars, and sports bars. Highly recommend.

The room was beautiful and quite large. We had our own living room and kitchen area. The staff was wonderful, we used the valet service and I forgot my charger in the car, and the valet was willing to go get it out of the car for me. They had a nice breakfast in the morning. We didn't end up utilizing the pool, but we peeked in there and it looked very nice. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Nicely located downtown by everything! The room was fantastic. It was totally our vibe.

This place has the highest and most wonderful cathedral ceiling you can imagine (1st floor) and a modern classical decor that is very inviting. Also, this is in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. I'll be returning to this wonderful hotel!

Great 2 rooms suite, 1st floor, with 20' high ceiling, with fans! We were close to everything - pool, laundry, open breakfast bar till 10am, daily! And we treated ourselves to valet, and overnight parking, too!

I had my bachelorette party downtown and it was the best location for easy access to the bars around. I will say that even with the hotel being surrounded by bars that it was so quiet. The room was beautiful and clean and comfortably fit the 4 of us. The free breakfast they have is okay we couldn’t find any information about when it ended but luckily went down before 10am because they started cleanup soon after. I didn’t utilize the valet parking I just parked in the parking garage further down on the same street because it was cheaper. I also enjoyed the ability to check in and out and have my room key available through the Hilton honors app instead of having to physically talk to a person at the front desk. I would stay there again if I needed to.

Dwayne was an amazing staff , courteous, friendly, smiling and helpful. Hotel was clean, breakfast was amazing . Coffe not so much . Bartender knows his crafts . Great drinks , Jerry fix our door in a quick and efficient matter

We just had the most lovely stay at Homewood Suites. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when getting us a most quiet room for our infant son.
The breakfast was a nice addition upon check out, helpful and chatty staff in the breakfast area.
The rooms are amazing-tall ceilings, comfortable beds, clean and a kitchen.
We also loved the valet option and the ease of requesting it via text.
Earl helped get our car both days, I thought it was special that during check out he remembered us and which car we were driving.

Great hotel located conveniently downtown town with many restaurants. Also, dog friendly and nice continental breakfast. Room’s very spacious with kitchenette.
