The staff quickly helped me understand what kind of maintenance my bike needed. They also helped me find and install a new rack above my rear tire in about 30 minutes. When they noticed my extremely worn breaks, they went ahead and did the break install for free. Great service. I'll definitely go back.

BGI is the gold standard for bike repair in Indy. I had to get a tube and tire replaced and they fixed me up in a timely manner with very friendly service. Tube and tire replacement was $10 which I found reasonable. When I received my bike back, I noticed they even made some extra minor adjustments free of charge like making sure my grips were flush with my handlebars.

The new location is nice but a little hard to find. It’s tucked back in between North Mass Boulder and Live Nation off the street slightly. Would highly recommend.

Bicycle Garage Indy is the only bike shop that I utilize. The staff is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door. They provide personalized professipnal service. They are always available to answer questions and educate on mechanics and biking trails.

BGI was very helpful at getting me everything I needed for my first bike since middle school, and helpfully walked me though the process of getting it all set up. 10/10!

Absolutely the best shop in town. Had a derailleur issue ( bad shifting) and the technician was able to make some quick adjustments on the spot. Had me riding wheelies again in minutes instead of days. Highly recommend BGI !
