Very helpful. Stopped in to get a key made. staff tripping over themselves to try to help me. I will be back when I can shop around. Clean orderly well lit easy free parking. Key copied perfectly quickly and with a smile

I stopped in really quick to just get replacement part for my sink. The level of service from everyone in the store was incredible. I had no intention of writing a review when I stopped in but they all treated me so well that it was the least I could do.

I always like coming to this store. They're always so helpful. I used to work as a property manager and had to go here like everyday and even now that I'm not working at a property management place when I do have to go there I still like to go there they are more than willing to help you with anything you need as soon as you walk in they're on you is there anything we can help you with lol for the most part the people there are nice

I really like these smaller hardware stores. This store offers excellent service. They really help you find what you need. I have never walked out of this store without getting what I came for. I can't say the same for the big box hardware stores like Lowe's. The quality of their products is excellent. They have always had a good reputation and continue that reputation to the present. Small but mighty!

Great customer service! I needed a couple of specialty items for my work, and the clerks helped me until I got everything I needed.

Best employees ever! We came in to get a wrench set to rehang our TV and the gentleman that helped us was so nice and gave us lots of good tips. Additionally I witnessed him helping other customers while we were there as well, just by seeing what they walked in with and unprompted, referring them to the correct aisle. He was a baller!

So, the Ace Hardware in Twin Aire, let me tell you, I went there to buy some stuff called egg killer, for tough bed bug's, it comes in a black jug, the folk's over there were so helpful, I called ahead of my arrival asking about what I may need the get the job Done, they did not just allow to waste my 💵, but ensured me that if I buy this, the issue would be rectified. & no lie they know what they were speaking; Damn good folk's. Check em' out.

Lots of helpful guys around the loaded hardware store to solve all kinds problems. Been going there for ten years.
