This is by far the worse company I worked for. They show favoritism to the ones talking about them behind they back. The supes and leads for receiving feel like they better than everyone else and dont have to work like the rest. I took test for forklift never received my certification. This company is very unprofessional

I bought a refurbished laptop which seems a good deal first time in Newegg website, I hesitated, but it says shipping 1-3 business days. So I paid the full amount and nothing was sent, the status said "label created at UPS". I contacted in the 4th business day and NewEgg said that it needs to contact the seller.

If you are customer from Amazon, you know that Amazon will respond for any Seller, not from NewEgg, I paid to NewEgg, but it will depend from the real seller the resolution, so I decided to cancel, but the next day, they shipped the laptop, it was already cancel !!! why it was sent?? bad communication between real seller and NewEgg.

I asked for the full refund and the seller A, not NewEgg, sent me the label to a full return, at the end, I just wasted 3 weeks to get my refund back!
Very bad experience, I won't buy again on this website. But also found, that the full return in NewEgg is not always like that, they keep some "fees" or "taxes", so be aware.
