The price was a little bit high for one drink, but it was very much worth it. The staff were so friendly and willing to help out. I got the salted caramel, and it wasn’t too sweet, it was the perfect combination. The drink was done very quickly and I was very happy with the service.

First time trying HoiTEA ToiTEA! Best boba in Indy. I was a little overwhelmed making a choice but the staff walked me through. Went with the salted caramel latte, a little pricey but definitely worth it. You can tell is made from good quality tea and not made from powder like most boba places. Will definitely visit again.

Although the price was a little high for one drink, they have Great customer service! We waited about 2 minutes so not too long and we ordered the Large Cinnamon Carmel Apple Latte tea with extra boba scoops & whipped cream! It’s not too sweet, strong after taste, light hint of Carmel but strong taste of apple! They offered us almond milk instead of whole milk!

Cute place. Went there for an event. The staff were all super nice. They have a huge selection of drinks as well as tea-related gifts and items for purchase.

I’ve been to HoitTea ToiTea a great number of times. I really enjoy the staff. They are always chill and friendly. I’ve always gotten the tea infused beer. And there have been a couple that I’ve mixed and didn’t work out but that’s the fun of trying new things. The tea infused champagne is delightful!! I’ve never had a bad one. Maybe one day I’ll just get tea but I’m very happy with the beer. Haha

This is the first place that got me to like tea drinks! I had no idea what I would like and the employees didn’t hesitate to help me figure out what drink to get based on the flavors I usually enjoy. I ended up getting one of their tea lemonades and loved it. The employees are very sweet and I highly recommend going to check this place out. Oh and the taro custard is out of this world!!!!

Great tea spot to visit with a girlfriend. Or you could even host a meeting or event in their business Room. You have to try their campfire tea it smells just like a real fire. My tea was a little sweet so you might ask for half the amount of sweetener. They offer a couple of non dairy milks. Be sure to shop their store too lots of fun tea products.

I love coming here! The staff are super nice and really know their tea! I always come in undecided and they help me find the perfect drink! Also love that they have non-dairy options! Definitely recommend stopping in for the boba!

Wow! If you have not tried the Vanilla Almond Coconut Latte with a shot of expresso and you like the ingredients, .you are losing out!!!! The drink was worth every single penny I paid.

The flavor was full and yet the drink felt awesomely light. Every sip brought new sparkles of f the different tastes, Vanilla, Coconut, Almond. It is one of the best tea and coffee drinks I have ever had, and my first drink combining tea and coffee.

By the way, when they asked me which milk would I like, I ask for the choices. Oh la la, besides the regular milk, they had, coconut, soy, oat, almond ....I can not remember. All of them sounded great, so I asked what would be a good one and they picked for me the oat milk. Yummy.

I am so glad I stopped there again, last Friday. I was in the Fashion Mall and I needed a pick me up drink that I an use for lunch. Luckily, HoiTEA is there. I was familiar with their tea drinks, but I wanted something different because right now I am back into coffee. I didn't know they have both.

Overall, it was a great experience, so much that I decided to write a review which I rarely do.

I always get a Vanilla Carmel Earl Grey Tea Latte. And today when I ordered, the lady who helped me was super nice and patient. I asked her name, and she said it’s Alex. She is very chipper and has a very nice vibe about her. Had a particularly rough day today so her patience and warmth definitely added a touch of light to my day. I highly recommend coming here. The flavors are delicious and everyone is kind. 10/10 Thank you!! 😊

Tea Lattes Bubble Tea Smoothies
The girls and I were out shopping on a daddy daughter date and the girls really wanted bobba and we came across Hoi Tea Toi Tea and to be honest I usually have to doctor up the existing recipes/ formulas to get something as fruity as I like it and for the first time I really messed up by doing so. I asked for a tropical banana and I asked them to add a little acid and berry mix to it, Aria got just the tropical banana and Anya a pumpkin 🎃 spice latte, and Aria's tropical banana was the best fruit smoothie I have ever had EVER! I went to tell Justin (one of the owners unbeknownst to me) to suggest that people not mix the flavor because they are are spot on especially the tropical banana, and he gave me a new one and it was my fault. I said no that's alright and he insisted, he said that they are not cheap and we want you to be happy, well I'm beyond happy.

So I went to the broadripple location three years ago, I absolutely fell in love with them. They were and still are my favorite tea company, and the place I go to on my mental health days. They are now located in the fashion mall and I didn’t realize that for the past year and a half, so when I went in in December to xmas shop I was pleasantly surprised. Their tea has gotten so much stronger, the staff is very friendly and helpful even when they’re swamped with people. The vanilla almond coconut is to die for and so is the peach dream tea latte, I love tea with and without boba. They blend all their teas locally and all their syrups are made there. If you want a better quality tea, that isn't riddled with sugar, high fructose bs and powdered flavoring this is where you want to go. If you decide you don’t like your tea they’ll help you find one you do like or they will alter your drink so you’re satisfied. And they may charge more than your average boba tea place, but they put so much effort into making sure you’re happy and receiving quality drinks. Definitely try a few drinks before you make your judgement call, everyone has their preferences.

Stumbled upon it in the mall and it’s delicious! The workers were super helpful and explained their entire menu. They recommended the Vanilla Almond Coconut Tea Latte and it was amazing!! My new obsession. I had it made sugar free and with oat milk. Highly recommend. I’ll be back to try everything there!

We really enjoyed our experience! I was drawn in by the clever name. The young lady tending the counter was kind, knowledgeable, and cheerful, and she even made sure we were satisfied with the taste of our beverages before we left. We tried a boba latte and a boba lemonade on the young lady’s recommendation and very much enjoyed them!

If you enjoy tea I'd suggest stopping in at this place, I had only ever been to the broad ripple location, yesterday I changed that and can now say I've been to the one located in the fashion mall right in the middle of the food court where pink berry used to be.
The staff is very friendly and will help you answer questions if you have any. The name gives it away they specialize in mostly tea, so you can have your standard tea, tea lattes, champagne cocktails with tea and then there are some different options to food.
Tea is one of my favorite drinks so I asked if they had anything that was earl grey based, they said there didn't have anything that was specifically, earl grey but they did sell me on a lavender London fog latte which I really enjoyed. To go with the tea I decided to get one of their macaroons the flavors vary and I ended up with a bourbon pear that I had to pace myself with and not demolish in one bite. It was an all-around great experience and I'll be back again

Stopped in for the first time the other day and loved the vibe; modern & chic yet still cozy and charming. The woman behind the counter, Essence, was lovely and walked me through the menu options and kindly helped my indecisive self settle on a Mexican chocolate tea latte (w/ soy! they have a couple non-dairy milk options) and a gluten free cookie. Enjoyed the ambiance and liked that they had tables as well as some comfy chairs. Will definitely return...especially cause they have a reward program!

Great service can and clean environment. If your looking to relax here's the place to be. They also have a store that sells the loose leaf tea, that's what impressed me.

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel. It was $1 to add bacon. I LOVED it, it confess with the egg cooked over easy eggs, FYI.
The campfire tea was not my favorite, but it is executed well, it's definitely a campfire

We hosted our future daughter-in-law‘s bridal shower at HoiTea ToiTea a little over a week ago. Everything was beautiful and perfect! The food and drinks were delicious. Coordination for the event was smooth and easy. Essence was wonderful to work with...as were the other team members who helped us with the event. Thank you all so much. It was a beautiful event for all of us!

Pretty poggers ngl. Honestly the tea is good and the caloric substance is appropriate.
