Malless Auto services took care of my 2013 Mercedes-Benz S550 no problems they knew what they was doing that's the only place that I would take my vehicles thank you Malless for putting me back in my ride and you did it in a timely fashion

We have been going to Malless for year, they are by far the best mechanic I've worked with. Their shop is clean and organized, and they always let you know when upcoming maintenance is due, along with an estimate so you can plan ahead. I've never had to take my vehicle back after they have worked on it either. If something is wrong, they fix it the first time.

They are the most professional and honest place I've done business with evolving my vehicles. They are separated from everybody and even if you have a family mechanic, they are still a great option for big or small jobs.

Great place! Had a heat shield that had dropped and was hitting the drive shaft. They could have told me I needed a new drive shaft or differential, but they were honest and charged a small fee to repair it.

Malless Auto Services has been the only mechanics I have used since I have moved to Indianapolis since 2018. They are good and hard working people who do not try to sell you more work than needed and they are people who truly know vehicles and what is needed to fix your problems. There are hard to find good mechanics anymore but not at Malless Auto Services. They are very professional and care about their customers.

We have used Malless Auto Services several times throughout the over 20 years we have lived in Indianapolis. We have found them to be honest and reliable. Our recent experience was due to trouble with our daughter's car starting while we were out of town. We had her drop it off and they were able to work it in for diagnosis and repair the same day. We really appreciate them getting back on the road quickly. I have also called them for price comparisons recommended by other shops and they have always been in line with the quotes we have been given. We will continue to use Malless as the need for car repair arises.

I cannot thank Malless Auto enough. After having our minivan just serviced in the Chicago area by another group yesterday we drove it to our son who attends Butler University as he had been planning for many months to use it. After driving for 1 1/2 hours it broke down half way to Indianapolis at 8 pm last night. Undriveable. Had it towed to Malless late last night and left them voicemail late last night well after hours and sent them an email. I received a prompt call at exactly 6:21 am Chicago time today from Malless confirming receipt of vehicle and assured me they would fit in to look at it. An hour later I received another call explaining the issues (it was what the other auto shop in the Chicago area fixed yesterday and it had already failed). They went on to inform me the work that needed to be done with a quote that was very fair. I told them approved. They said it will be done by 5 pm today. It was done at 4:00 pm and we picked it up.

This group didn't know me. They knew the likelihood of an out of town person ever using them again is low simply by the fact of drive distance/convenience. And they are slammed with all sorts of other business. And, they still provided some of the best customer service I have ever seen and went above and beyond. And they did not over charge me. They were fair and honest.

Being in customer service for my entire life and running my own business, I can see a solid, trustworthy and qualified provider when I meet them. This is definitely one. And one I will use in the future. Highly recommend
