Do not do business here if you can avoid it, we just got audited from a filing in 2015 and learned they fat fingered our taxes and "claimed" without us know over a 20K personal business expense of which I have no history or record of ever engaging in, they actually checked the box on the form stating we had documents and files to provide if needed, UNREAL as we never have had these since the claim was never ours to make. Now the IRS is after us for their deception on the return. Messages have been left and gone unanswered! Wonder why? Now I have but one goal... share this story and report them to every agency I can find. We owe due to their fraud over 3400 dollars to the IRS.... This is just wrong, Stay away and check your tax lines. We didn't even catch it based upon how it was processed. Wonder how many other tax returns were inflated so they could get more money from folks.

I have a very terrible experience with this fraudulent agent,I file my taxes in 2016 and he said my refund was $3900. He sent my money to different accounts in Florida which I dont know anything about. He also loaned $300 from me after filling my tax,up to date this fraudulent man never get me back my money. He also filled for my sister 2016 for my sister and she was audited to return $2,600 back to the IRS. IRS told us that we claimed school stuffs and american credit which we dont even have any idea of all this fraudulent act. This guy is a big fraud.

G & M Tax Group has done some work for an elderly man and shorted him $802. It has been weeks and no final results have been made after several phone calls to the establishment. I believe it to be very unprofessional for any organization or a small businesses to take advantage of the elderly or anyone else for that matter therefore we have decided to take this matter to the Better Business Bureau and once that is done we will be getting in touch with a lawyer

Do not go here for your taxes or anything else! This guys business needs to be shut down. He does not do what he says hes going to do. Still owes me 200 dollars for doing my taxes which he never submitted. This guy is a joke.

They are very unprofessional, they never receive phone calls and never respond to the messages as well. It's very disrespectful😫😤😡😠
