We went there with my mom and prearranged her funeral so she could pick out everything. From the time the 2 ladies picked up mom after she passed away all the way to the day after the funeral when we stopped by to pick up the flowers, the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have been to many funerals in my 61 years and the staff here treated us as family and they felt like family to us. We didn’t have any worries and everything went as planned. My whole family is extremely grateful to the entire staff for helping us through this difficult time. God Bless You All🙏🏻❤

Family Funeral Care staff were wonderful. They are very professional and caring. The compassion they show is truly unremarkable. I lost my mom to cancer and was undoubtedly a mess. But they didn't use that time to take advantage. They were courteous, professional, caring and compassionate. Highly recommend for your loved one.

Having handled my sister's funeral recently I can't say enough good about them. The compassion and care was second to none. My sister's preparation was outstanding!

Family Funeral Care has an outstanding, caring staff. They take excellent care of the whole family. I felt my husband was well cared for while in their care. They offered exceptional services at a reasonable cost. I felt very taken care of through the entire process and after services were complete.

I used Family Funeral Care on Rockville Rd Indy West for both my son's celebration of life. John Grief was my main contact person during both celebrations of life. He was very compassionate and caring from the first time I met with him. There are not enough words to describe my appreciation for him. As we made arrangements he was very understanding and patient as he went through each step on the decisions I needed to make. The rest of the staff was very pleasant each time I spoke with them. I highly recommend Family Funeral care. They were truly a blessing during such a difficult time.

Every staff neneber at this facility goes above and beyond to help you. From setting arrangements to calling to see how you are doing afterward I highly recommend this facility. Unfortunately, we’ve had 3 family deaths in the last 7 months and chose Family Funeral Care for all 3.

I cant say enough good things about Family Funeral Staff. We were not doing a traditional service in Indiana at the funeral home but we were care for regardless. Eric was the shining light in our entire experience. Our visits with him were personal. We shared and laughed. Thank you so much Eric and staff.

Working with Family Funeral Care has been an excellent experience during a most difficult time. The facility was well prepared and organized for our service. The staff have been great and compassionate during our planning, the service and post service as well. All personnel treated our family with dignity and compassion. The planning and pricing was well received and never did they try to pressure us into services we were not interested in. I would highly recommend this organization should the need arise.

The people at Family Funeral Care were very compassionate and caring! They helped us through a very difficult time when my husband passed! Everyone that I had contact with gave answers to questions I had. They were very kind even when I called multiple times. I have never walked this path before! They were understanding and compassionate!

We had a great experience for my grandfathers viewing and service. They were extremely considerate at the funeral home and gravesite. Their fee's are reasonable. They provided a tripod so we could zoom the service for out of state family members.

We used this funeral home for my dad, mother-n-law and just recently for my mom and have recommended to other family and friends.

We HIGHLY recommend them, their staff is amazing and their costs are more than reasonable. They don't just have "family" in their name, they truly are family oriented.

I would highly recommend this funeral home. We chose to have my mother cremated and have a private final goodbye. The director I delt with was very kind considerate in all aspects. Everyone was very nurturing and helpful throughout the staff. Thank you all again!

John Grief and the entire staff I dealt with were nothing but kind and went above and beyond during such a difficult moment. My grandma looked great and I just could not be more appreciative for everything John, Kristie Jo and the others did to make everything as smooth as possible. I cannot thank them enough.

Our Director Eric Austin, what a professional. He guided us Thur our meeting, giving us ideas and letting us say what we wanted. From the first moment when they picked my husband up, to the way my husband looked at the service. Every person and everything was beyond exceptional. It was as if the horribleness for his death was soothed over with a balm. I Praise my God for the tender and professional way my husband and myself and our family were treated at Family Funeral Care.

The funeral service was absolutely beautiful. The staff are so kind, helpful, and friendly. Im so impressed that my husband and I are going to make our arrangements now so our children will have nothing to worry about.
