Cobblestone Crossings

We love the apartment! It’s perfect for what we’ve been looking for and were even surprised by the amenities and size of the unit! Taylin was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process and just made it an even better experience overall! We love our new cozy home.

I recently have moved into Cobblestone Crossings. I wanted to say that working with Zoe Prather in the office has been nothing short of amazing. Her dedication to make sure that I have everything I need and that my transition to my new home is welcoming has been exceptional. She has assisting me with work orders and made sure that I felt welcome and comfortable. I am pleased with the service and the kindness of the staff and look forward to making this community my new home.

I really can’t speak highly enough of Brian, Zoe and Grace. Brian is the community manager and he is just great. He is always quick to respond to e-mails phone calls ect. You usually don’t get that from a community manger. They are usually far to busy or uninterested. Any issue I have had he has made sure it has been taken care of as quickly as possible. He is usually in constant contact with you regarding different things. He’s also just a pretty nice guy to chat with.

When Brian is out of the office you have Grace. She is the assistant community manager. Can’t speak highly enough of her. She has always been nice and eager to help in anyway possible.

Zoe, she was my leasing agent when I first moved in and she was just great. Kept me updated every step of the way through the leasing process via email or phone calls. She is truly a great asset to Cobblestone.

The maintenance department has responded to every request quickly. Usually within 30 minutes of making a maintenance request I’m getting a phone call from one of them saying they are headed there.

The amenities here are are great, a nice gym, sauna, hot tub and pool.

So if you’re thinking about renting an apartment give them a call.

I have had a wonderful experience with cobblestone crossings! I had so many questions going in and the leasing consultant, Zoe, went above and beyond to help me through the process. She was so helpful and positive and gave me information that I hadn't heard anywhere else! She responded so fast and always had every answer and reassurance, and was incredibly knowledgeable in showing me the apartment and grounds as well. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, quiet, and gorgeous and I was very excited to move in! This is a wonderful place to live due to great staff, great apartments, and great community! I was instantly happy to call this place home, and will continue to be!

Searched high and low and this is by far the best property in the city. Office staff was fantastic to work with. Grace has always taken care of any problems we've had. We're so happy we chose this property. Thank you Cobblestone staff for making this a great place to live!

We've been a resident here at Cobblestone Crossing for 2 years and we've been very satisfied with the friendly maintenance personnel. Specifically Jake and Eric whom are the 2 most common who responds to trouble calls in our area. Jake is very respectful, friendly, technically proficient, and very professional. And he is good with dogs. Jake and Eric have gained our trust and confidence in the time that we've been here.

We love living at Cobblestone Crossings! They have been very accommodating and always so nice. We’re so happy to call this home. Any maintenance requests we submit are always addressed in a timely manner. The grounds are kept nicely maintained, the amenities are great too!

Although the process of collecting paperwork was a little scattered, and there were some miscommunications along the way by both us and the leasing office, the leasing office absolutely made up for it in pure kindness and understanding. they worked with us day in and day out to ensure a smooth leasing process that landed us in our new home, very thankful for Brian and Zoe, who dealt with my incessant “are we there yet?” calling with tact and grace.

This place rocks. The only thing I would really change would be allowing external ISPs. While Suite Solutions has been okay so far, we are paying them the same amount for 250down 10up that we would pay Spectrum for their Gigabit plan.

We don’t have enough good things to say about this place! Jerilyn has been very accommodating and helpful through the whole renting and move in process. We love living here and it’s most definitely the most beautiful and spacious place we’ve ever lived!

We live here now and management has really taken care of us through repairs and mishaps. Zoe has been great in getting our needs met through our time here! Thanks Cobblestone!

The maintenance guy, Eric, always does amazing work and answer our service requests within 24 hours! He’s amazing and such a joy to be around. Thank you for taking care of our place and being so knowledgeable!

I really have enjoyed my experience living at Cobblestone Crossings! The staff is friendly and professional. The amenities provided are second to none. And any issue I have encountered has been handled on the same day or the next.

Zoe has been so helpful! She always greets you with a smile and does everything in her power to get any issue fixed as soon as possible! She is one one of the biggest reasons my family has stayed at cobblestone so long!

I needed to move to Terre Haute abruptly. I wasted so much money on rental applications I talked to Zoe. And I toured two apartments on Friday. Tuesday I was moving in. Zoe was so kind. She was understanding of my situation and never got frustrated with me calling. Beth was also awesome. Thank you ladies. You two are great.

This is my "Home away from Home" Peaceful and with a beautiful view! Cobblestone Crossings Apartments are High! Quality! Apartments! The staff is professional - friendly - and always available to answer questions with care and concern. Love! Love! Love! Make this Your New Home!

Spacious apartment with private entrance and garage. Feels more like a home than an apartment. Pet policy is much better than other complexes. The setting is nice with good grounds keeping. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is quick. I have interacted with staff members Jerilyn, Grace, and Brian on multiple occasions. They are all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. A new company recently bought Cobblestone, which has brought many improvements. With that has come a recent mass exodus of less than desirable neighbors, which has been great. We have not experienced any of what people stated in past negative reviews. The new owners seem to have addressed these old problems. I highly recommend Cobblestone Crossing.

Mr. Eric Stevens showed up promptly. After multiple attempts with previous owners to get things fixed….alas Eric showed up. Not only was he polite, engaging with my five-year-old and knowledgeable; he was able to fix four out of my five service request immediately. He explained everything to me and made arrangements to return the following day to address the things that could not be dressed immediately. I have had multiple experiences with maintenance and Eric is by far the best. I finally feel like I have a maintenance crew at my residence that I can count on and depend on and have faith in. Ericka should definitely be acknowledged for his efforts to go above and beyond and adequately rewarded.

Kathy is awesome! She helped us so much and me and my fiancé Appreciate all she has done for us and finding us the perfect apartment!

I found out on March 23rd that my work is transferring me to Indiana from Texas in the first week of April. I worked with Zoe on my application and I'll be moving in next week. Zoe has been absolutely I amazing to work with. She's been communicative and super helpful about all my questions. She helped me be able to submit all my paperwork very fast, and I can't to wait to live here! :)

I don't understand how there are so many negative reviews. The office staff have always been courteous to me, especially Glenna and Sam. When I wanted to rent an apartment, they took the time to walk me through a lot of them that were the same model, so I'd get a good location for my dog so he wouldn't be bothersome. If there is ever an issue, maintenance has always come by quick for me. The longest I've ever had to wait was maybe until the end of the day. They keep the grounds well maintained. I have never seen trash or dead things floating in the pond as stated in another review. And I am by the pond a lot, my dog loves to watch the geese! It is so peaceful out here and I plan on staying for awhile.

Eric was a delight and was very efficient.
