I came on a day where they had really good deals and then I signed up for the card and got an additional 45% off. So instead of about $112, I spent $76.
The shoe area was a mess from customers and I could only find one shoe in the size I wanted for my daughter, but she found something else anyway. The line was really long and I was mortified but it ended up going by very quickly and the customers were even super nice and it wasn't too crowded.
They had some really cute ornaments and sales on men's clothes.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience!

I love Kohl's! Their return policy is fair and consistent. I love the Kohl's Rewards system and Kohl's Cash! Kohls carries a nice selection of petite clothing! Kohl's is my favorite place to shop for baby clothes!

Shopped with 12yr old grandson yesterday. He has joined the Parke Heritage Middle School Band and needed a suit and shoes. With employees’ help he found just what he needed.
When we checked out, Jim, was very helpful bagging up the new suit and everything else we bought! It was a very pleasant time. And I always go shopping at stores. I never buy on Amazon. It was a very nice shopping time.

Leslie in Sephora's was very friendly and helpful! I had to return an item for the correct color, and she was once again pleasant and helpful and went out of her way to be sure I had what I needed. She assisted in searching for products that I was not familiar with a wonderful attitude and smile. :)

Black Friday got in waited 2 minutes in line to check out everything was really good everybody was really friendly found some really good deals no issues at all

I love being able to shop online and have a shift or go to the store to pick up. I find their clothes to be well made and built to last . Staff are very friendly and very helpful.

My Kohl's adventure was absolutely incredible! I was blown away by the seamless refund process, not to mention the treasure trove of amazing clearance items, jaw-dropping discounts, and the cherry on top - cash and points rewards! Let me tell you, I am head over heels for Kohl's!

As a person who hates to shop, my experience at Kohl's was actually positive. I was able to get in, find many different business casual options, purchased two dress shirts, one pair of dressy jeans, socks, and was able to check out within 1 hour. I did enjoy the savings, too.
