Busy little restaurant right in town, across from public library. Fast friendly service. Staff was very courteous. Friendly atmosphere, Great food ! Short order cooks were on their toes, food presentation was wonderful 💯 decently priced. Will go here again kid friendly as well.

A nice little breakfast restaurant. We came in with a group of 8 and was able to be seated right away. Coffee was good. I ordered their golden French toast and tried their strawberry crepe. All tasted delicious. I'd recommend stopping by for breakfast for anyone looking for a quick early bite.

A pretty nice but otherwise basic diner in Downtown Terre Haute.

The food was pretty good and the service was super friendly. I got the French toast and overall, it was decent, not on my top favorites but still good!

Overall, if you like diners, I think you’ll like this place.

The parking lot was quite full and most of the tables inside the restaurant were occupied. Fortunately we were able to be seated right away. Cackleberries seems to be quite a popular place for the locals.

I ordered the turkey manhattan with a side of broccoli cheddar soup, and my wife ordered the gyros platter with a side salad. The turkey manhattan was pretty tasty, although the mashed potatoes appeared to be somewhat translucent and of the instant variety, which was a little bit of a disappointment, but it didn't affect too much the flavor of the meal. The broccoli cheddar soup was very hot when it arrived, but it had a good flavor. The gyros platter wasn't quite what my wife expected, but it was still really delicious. She wasn't sure how to eat it--she had expected the cold vegetables to be diced or divided so they would be easier to put onto the pitas, but they weren't. However, the taste was super good. It came with Greek potatoes, which was half of a potato with some type of seasoning that was really good.

There was a sign in the restaurant saying that the servers preferred cash tips, so we left cash on the table when we were finished.

I enjoy the Popeye Omlette no fungus. It's always yummy and enough for 2 meals. Service is always great and food is warm.

Delicious. We're not from the area, but wanted to grab some breakfast while driving through. The decision to stop here was a great one.
We had a Vegetarian Skillet, a Taco Wrap, French Toast, and Blueberry Pancakes. Everything was delicious. The skillet had a good ratio of vegetables to hashbrowns to eggs. The taco wrap wasn't heavy, it was very light but also very good (how is it possible for taco flavors to be light?!). The french toast was good, just a little bit eggy. The only complaint i had was the pancakes, but then again, i am very spoiled when it comes to pancakes. If everything else is delicious, i will take less than perfect pancakes.
The staff was very nice as well, and the whole place seems super friendly. Would recommend.

What a wonderful find in our travels. Friendly service, huge variety and things not often found like mush and chipped beef gravy, great comforting staples just like grandma used to make.

I've been here multiple times! It's always the first place I recommend when someone asks for a place to eat. The food is great (I usually get the breakfast skillet) and affordable.

Obviously this place comes highly recommend, winning Raaders Choice 4 years in a row and having great word of mouth! I actually just visited this place for the first time last month after years of being told how great they are and I have been back twice since 👍 that should tell you something! Staff seems pretty friendly and the food is yummy! They are a bit more pricey compared to other local diners but I haven't had any issues so it's worth it. I definitely recomment them for breakfast!

This is a great local diner. Their normal servings are too large for me, but they taste good.

Great place! We were seated right away on a seemingly busy Sunday and the service was great! I got the vegetarian skillet with cinnamon apple pancakes and everything was delicious! Highly recommend!
