I love Menards always good deals and I can find everything I Ever Need.. I highly recommend.

This is my favorite store lol as a DIY woman with constant projects and a rather lovable plant addiction lol you can get whatever you need for your home here. Their return policy is to the point and are very good about any returns or exchanges you may have. The store is always clean and its easy to find someone to help you out if you should need.

Easy to find what you need, help finding things if you need it, clean kind and courteous

Always have what I need and of course a little more than I go for. Everything easily accessible, priced fair( as fair as things can get right now), and amazingly I have had some really good help. Those guys in the yard have been great, polite, helpful, and ready to answer any questions.

I needed assistance in two separate departments of the store and both associates that helped me were very courteous and efficient!
Also, the checkout clerk was very courteous and efficient as well!

Shout out to Menards! All the employees I came across tonight were extremely helpful. That’s NOT been my experience here and while I know people spend thousands here but when I say I have on when I don’t make even 25k a year it should matter a bit. When I’m here and ignored because I’m a girl… yeah it happens. But tonight from the girl in electric to the kid, ok not a kid but I’m getting old, that helped with the drywall to the guy in paint and then the parking lot to load my car… a HUGE THANK YOU!!! You guys all rocked tonight!! It’s so appreciated!!

I currently work at this establishment so my review may have some bias, but the service I’ve received here while simply shopping has been top notch. The employees are all educated on their specific area of work and very helpful. There is a strict mask mandate, but notices are posted throughout the store telling customers one is needed upon entry. Masks are also provided up front at service for those who are in need of one. Our security politely gives warnings to those not obeying store mask mandates and then escorts those out who do not obey. It’s pretty simple do not enter if you refuse to wear a mask. Other than that the shopping experience here is easy, simple, and pleasant.

Had good help today and the selection was what we needed for the job. And the 11% rebate that’s a big plus covers our Indiana sales taxes. We will definitely return to this business

Way better than Lowe's. Great deals and the employees know what they are talking about. Always get good help and aisles are layed out logically where you can find things easier than Lowe's. Place is well lite and large selection of product lines.

Menards is the counterpart to Lowe's as they both have about the same hardware and building supplies that are about the same prices.... As I am a hobbyist always working on some kind of a little project Menards will have stuff at Lowe's don't have it's no big deal that's when you do what I do you know you're going to shop around at all kind of places finding the most exotic and hard to get stuff that Lowe's and Menards do carry lots of little fasteners and things that you would never think of or ever heard of that I have learned just by shopping... And if you're into fasteners and little gadgets and things don't go to Menards or Lowe's because it's like going in a grocery store when you're hungry and you end up with more stuff than you wanted .... And rural King is no better I walked out of there one day after purchasing five genuine Chinese bamboo back scratchers that were on sale for only $0.50 mark down from $2.50 just what a feller needs

I utilized making my purchase in the app and picking up when my order was ready. I love this service!

The main reason we went to Menards was to purchase floor tiles. They had a nice selection, and even though they didn't have enough tiles in stock for the first two designs we chose, they did have enough for our third choice. The Employees were very helpful when we asked and they have plenty of parking. They have a lot of variety for lighting too! We will have to go back for our next project.

I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at Menards. I can always find someone to help me if I can't find what I'm looking for. Their customer service is terrific and that's what counts! I had Jason Parker help me in the store the other day and he was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely go back to him and Menards. Thank you.

Wonderful to show at! Not just for you home project needs. They have some of just about everything, even shelf stable & refrigerated groceries!

I wanted to share my experience today at the North Menards. I am moving and was in need of some items however, the movers were at my condo packing my belongings. Basically, I was racing the movers but had to have these before they arrived. I called Menards and spoke to Perry. I explained my situation and the urgency to him and told him I was on my way but didn't have time to shop. He is AMAZING! He found my items (even though they weren't all in his department) and had them waiting for me. He helped make a very stressful situation much better and I cannot be more grateful! Thank you so much Perry! You are a wonderful employee and Menards should be happy to have you working for their company! 😊

Menards is my go to place for everything I need to fix, repair and make my house wonderful. The prices are great, you really can’t beat their sales. The employees are mostly helpful and polite, and know much about their department when you need something. And if they don’t, they will find someone else to help you. The customer service desk is full of smiles and good representation, especially Terra who has always helped me and always has a positive attitude and wonderful guest service. Menards is definitely dedicated to service and quality. Don’t forget, you also save big money!
