Menards

The coolest , most original artwork I’ve seen anywhere. They print their art on anything and if you buy the original artwork you get it printed on a shirt for the cost of production which is a fantastic idea I feel. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in getting themselves or their loved ones something unique and incredibly awesome.

Great store, well organized, and clean. The staff were plentiful and willing to help. We purchased a giant fireplace and the staff not only loaded our cart but loaded our truck as well. The prices are good and they have a great selection of products.

I had the ability to get right in and right out quickly. I’m very grateful for all of the cashiers and the help.
They pointed me in the right direction.

I frequently use this Menards when they have the rebate, but I wish this was a Home Depot instead 😏

Had a wonderful experience selecting paint with the assistance of Mitchell. He asked about my project and offered products that fit my specific needs. He even gave dry times and a label so I know exactly what paint I puchased for future needs.

My only complaint is I wish their website was like Lowes. When you search for items it would give you a isle and bin number. Would make shopping so much easier.

Samantha was extremely helpful! She took the time to help me find just the right color paint for my remodel and even explained the differences in the different finishes. Highly recommend this paint department if they keep such awesome help.

We've been working on a big project and have visited the south Menards on numerous occasions. Every time we have received exceptional customer service. Want to make special mention for Erika that works the service desk area. She had to change a huge transaction on our ticket. This was time consuming and I'm sure she wanted to scream. She was amazing! Wanda in cabinets does an awesome job, as well.

Really nice store.. setup different than the one near me but no big deal. A little understaffed but I got help with my project. Fair prices and big selection.

I like my Menards, almost always has better prices than the big blue home improvement place. The 11% rebate adds even more(even it is store credit vs cash). Have never not found what I was looking for.

I love the new Menards. The layout of the store is different but the aisles are clearly labeled. I was asked 4 different times, while there, if I needed help finding anything.

I noticed one review negatively commenting on the race of the General Manager. Absolutely unacceptable. The current GM as of the posting of this review is a fantastic leader and representative of the company. I have had the pleasure of knowing him and to read that comment about him is a disgrace.

Nonetheless… Excellent service at Terre Haute South Menards.

We love the location of the South Menards. In this Covid world we are all aware of how difficult it is to get some sort of customer service let alone good customer service. However, in the lighting department there is an exception. Jake D gave my wife and I the most exceptional customer service. He is always willing to help in any way possible. I have been in Menards multiple times and he consistently delivers the highest level of customer service, AND even though he's wearing a mask, you know it's with a smile.

My air conditioner unit went out yesterday no store in my town had one. Menard's saved us! It took a short trip of about 1hr. I was able to walk right to the front desk pay for what I had called about earlier and within 20 min. I had my new AC loaded and I was on my way home! Great service at the Menard's on the south end of Terre Haute. Stop in they have a great variety of things and helpful associates and Dept. Leaders.

Austin in the Plumbing area was so helpful on the phone. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and knew exactly what I was needing. When I arrived, I double checked with him, and he was so helpful again. I also watched his interaction with another customer. He’s great for your establishment Menards!!

This place has everything to build a new home and fill it. Their team was so excited to help me pick out my what I needed. Jenny in flooring was great helping me pick out our new vinyl plank for the bathroom. Thank you all

The employees were extremely nice and helpful. I had a drop in my blood sugar because i am a diabetic and my father in law went and got me some items with sugar to get my blood sugar back up. Once the employees helped me to my vehicle they said they would take care of the items i ate. The employees took time out of their day and stayed with me to make sure that i did not slip into a diabetic coma. I will definitely recommend this menards to all my friends and anybody that asks.

Couldn't find anyone to help me in the plumbing section at lowes so I went down the street to Menards. While walking around the store 3 employees actually approached me asking if I needed help. Most of the time I don't but it was really nice to be asked when I did. Nice to not have to go searching for an employee.

Menards is like an amusement park for DIY'ers with free parking and admission! I easily found everything on my list, the prices were reasonable, and the quality was very good for the items purchased. I was offered help by attendants in every department but not hounded or pressured if I declined help. I can hardly wait to go back!
