AT&T Store

Meeka was great! I went in there to upgrade my phone for the first time, and the entire process went great! She helped me understand how doing an upgrade works when the primary account holder is not present. Within an hour or so, I was able to get a brand new phone and end up paying nothing for activation fees because of my trade-in. Meeka was very helpful and patient. For her first day on the floor, it was a great experience, and she is a great additional to this AT&T store's team! Will definitely come back here for all future upgrades/services.

Danielle slusser really did a wonderful job for us, of chorse we are AT&T customers and both of our phones were mistakenly turned off, we had no phone service and we were leaving for a vacation and really needed our phones, Danielle used her phone so we could work with customer service to get the problem fixed. She is the best and totally saved our vacation. Thanks again Danielle.

Danielle Slusser was Amazing! We were In such a mess, we had spent 4 hours on the phone getting back our service to ATT, it was horrible, and we went to another Att facility that tried but couldn't do it and went to the 2nd ATt facility and that representative wouldn't even try and told us to go online. Finally we got to Danielle and she sat with us on HER phone because our phone were disconnected. We were with her for over 2.5 hours and she was persistent and wouldn't give up! She got the job done. We are in healthcare and are on call and we had no way of the hospital contacting us for emergency services. We were on our way to Wisconsin and had no cell phones and GPS. Anyone knows how desperate you are without phones. I can't say enough to send accolades and notary to her kindness and unstoppable care and service to us. I would refer my friends and family to go to her for any problems in the future. The facility she was at was over 45 minutes away and there were closer facilities, and we tried them, but got NOWHERE. So I don't know what you need to do for her but please know your business needs more people like her. Take a moment to acknowledge her on behalf of my husband and I. Thank you Tammie Purcell..

I was just at this store today for a trade in and was helped by a very nice young lady named Danielle, she was very polite and friendly and I believe she should get a pay raise.

My sales associate was very patient, kind and well educated at what he does. He definitely needs a raise. Should be put a management position considering he knew more than the actual manager on the clock. And the said manager that was on the clock was not very nice to the customers that he was helping and the customers was only asking for help and to be more informed.

Danielle at the Terre Haute location was amazing. I don’t know what I would of done without her help.

Highly recommend the services provided. Walked in was met by courteous, helpful, friendly sales professionals. They make you feel at home and willing to help in any way they can! The sales professional was able to get us what we needed in an upgrade for my husbands phone and even a great savings to a previous plan we were on. The staff at this store was so very helpful in getting my wife a new phone and setting me up with a new account. I was very pleased with the service and will make sure to bring my future business through the amazing AT&T team there!! The gentleman inside helped me with my problem in a couple minutes. This is the ATT store on U.S. 41 by the Mall entrance.

I like this store but drove 37 miles on a Sunday and the store was closed at 5:20. I suggested a google change of time because on google it says closed at 6 on Sundays but on the door says 5.

Jacob was very efficient. Unlike the other two stores in Terre Haute, this store handled my situation deftly and professionally.

Donald was real friendly, helped us with all of our questions and took real good care of us. 10/10 also was in and out very quickly!

I went in to this location tonight to add a phone to a plan. I forgot my I.D. at home, and had 20 minutes to make it home and make it back to the store. I made it two minutes past the time the store was supposed to close for the night. I called them prior to arriving back, and they agreed to go ahead and do the transaction for me. Great customer service, great explanation of services and how much I’d be paying monthly including all fees. Very kind people to have taken the time out of their day to let us go ahead and do our transaction even being late. To have to stay over for us just to help us out and make them get out later. Just shows dedication to the customers 100%. Thank you to Cherish for being awesome and helping us!

Always very nice and helpful. I always go to this store for my phone needs. They helped me so much when my mother passed to try to get her bill stopped when I didnt have her pass code. The people they had to deal with on the phone couldn't understand that I couldn't ask my dead mom what her code was. So glad they were there to help.

The representative, Ronald W, was very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and friendly. He answered all of our questions, fixed a problem on one phone while helping us find the perfect first phone for my granddaughter. I can't say enough wonderful things about Ronald. Been a customer at Terre Haute Corp. Store for years. Couldnt ask for a better manager than Keri to take care of you and make sure you walk out the door happy. Also Rebecca is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding exactly what you want.
