Off the Hook

We had a great dinner last night at Off the hook. I had the Jalapeño Corn+ crab Bisque, Point Reyes Wedge, shrimp taco with spicy mayo and Pesto Fries which I loved. Everything was tasted great and my only improvement I would offer is to make the shrimp tacos a little more spicy. They tasted great but missed the mark on spicy. Our waiter did a great job and the atmosphere was great. Parking was alittle bit of a challenge but that wouldn’t stop me from going again.

SENSATIONAL! Staff, ambiance, food, quality and value! You don’t want to miss their happy hour or entrees. Even the wine choices were great!

We loved this place so much we went back 2 days running. The charred dates were delicious and nutty. The calamari light and cooked perfectly. The halibut roasted in a bag was so flavorful and the scallops and rest of the seafood was plump and exquisite. We just finished the key lime pie (house made) - oh boy. Yum. Everyone here was so friendly - the service was excellent - I was brought drink refills both days without asking right when i was empty. Thoroughly recommend

Cute local restaurant. I’ve tasted the best butternut squash soup. Soooo good. Seafood medley was tasty but portion a bit small for the price. Beautiful decor.

This place exceeded all expectations! The flavors were on point, especially the mouthwatering swordfish with kale and sauce. The fish and chips were a delightful treat as well. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, making it a top-notch dining spot. 🍴

Really amazing place, spectacular food. Beer, food and service was great! On par. The calamari was absolutely amazing. The pesto fries were perfection. Truly a gem. Worth the money and visit, you will not be disappointed. Bring your friends And family here for an amazing meal, dinning perfection.

Really really delicious. Their hh is THE BEST. We got the jalapeno crab dip, Caesar salad, boom boom shrimp, and fish tacos. Every single thing was fresh and really great portions. A much higher end hh with great choices. Happy hour is 3-6 at the bar and you get 25% off the happy hour bar menu.

Went for our first time last night. We had a wonderful dinner. We ordered our waitresses recommendations, Mahi Mahi and the swordfish. Both were really delicious! Also the key lime pie was one of the best we ever had. I highly recommend it, especially in the off-season because they had a half-price wine special. We will definitely go back.

This is our go-to place in Bethany. During the pandemic, we carefully sourced where we would eat based upon reviews and cleanliness standatds and picked up. We dined in on our most recent stay.

The food is consistent and inventive. Your expected classics and some fresh variations.

The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Our server had decades of culinary experience and it showed. She asked about our well-being and recommended the perfect dishes and drinks.

We went for the off season half priced entrees on Monday. We weren’t planning on spending much so going into it we were just going to hit happy hour - but instead we got entrees and the boom boom shrimp to share.

Everything was knocked out of the park. My entree was a salmon dish - I love crispy salmon skin and this exceeded my expectations.

Great lunch, consisting of Boom Shrimp, Fish Tacos, and Fish Sandwich, in a very nice environment with very nice staff. Everything was tasty and fresh, and they know their sauces. Additionally, for the quality, the price is very high value.

Just had the swordfish entree and the bam bam shrimp appetizer…one of the best meals I have had in the area! My pet peeve is tiny portions..here the entree was so large I had to take half of it home! Our server, Judy, was awesome. Will absolutely be back!

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat during happy hour. The food was delicious- I highly recommend the crab bisque, compared to others we've tried this one was the best... and the OTH cosmo is so refreshing. Our server was sweet and efficient too. Will definitely be coming back for more!

3 people loved the fish dishes. But I did not like my meat dish. I thought it was way overpriced. If I had gone an hour earlier for a 3 o'clock happy hour. I would have been happier

Wow! They improved perfection...by making the place bigger and more inviting. Hands down best seafood and overall best restaurant in the Bethany area. Simply incredible simple fresh food. I love the place.

Absolutely phenomenal food! We sat at the bar and watched the kitchen at work. Not only did they make everything to order; dessert for tonight was being rotated in the oven... if we would have visited at the beginning of our stay, mark me words, we would have been back daily.

I enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. The waiter was friendly and the service was prompt. It was a great value for what I ordered. I would definitely go back!

not a big fan of the bread+olive oil combination, but the calamari is so delicious! scallops and swordfish are good too, parking lot is a little small

Awesome service and food. The scallops were perfectly cooked and delicious. The tuna was excellent. Kung pao Brussels were a tasty treat. The calamari was very good. Dessert was supreme. You need a reservation on Wednesdays. We only got a table because someone did not show up.

Amazing flavor!
The husband and I wanted to try something different and found a new favorite spot. Everything we had was incredible. The service was friendly and very quick. Great job!!
