Where do I start!!! Our waitress was an absolute delight this evening, so helpful with the menu and suggestions. I can't remember the last time I had such a pleasant staff member. The food was delicious and the presentation impeccable. The variety of flavors truly awaken the pallet. Just walking in the door will give your senses a rush. A definite great choice for Indian cuisine.

We had an excellent experience with this restaurant. The food was great, the spice level was perfect (I ordered medium, I was worried it will be too spicy but it was actually medium). The service was great, several people came to check on us and make sure everything was good. And last but not least the prices were very reasonable. Great experience for sure.

The fluffy texture of Bhatura bread (Chole Bhatura Thali) goes well with the sauce & chick peas. Excellent service.

Although their lunch buffet is yet another victim of the panic-demic of 2020, their food, service, and atmosphere was what I expected and desired for a small, reasonably priced Indian-American restaurant in Indiana! I would recommend anyone in SW Allen County to come by to try it! I got the "non-vegetarian Thali" to sample several things. 5/5 🌟

Excellent food and service. The vegetable thali was wonderful and very generous. Included a full 10 inch piece of naan. The samosas seemed like they were made in house and were freshly fried. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options but no substitutions allowed on the non vegan vegetable thali sampler plate unfortunately.

They are the only decent Indian restaurant in Fort Wayne. Food is great and service is very good. Neat and clean environment. Oh yes and they have masala Chai without sugar, which is rare to find!

The food was good and the service was great.

Then they played music and the whole ambiance was perfect. I was dancing in my seat.

I am a first timer of this restaurant, I have heard many good things about it so I decided to give it a try. I ordered it through DoorDash because I received a gift card. I was having trouble deciding what to get so I ended up picking the Non Vegetarian Thai and coconut soup. I have never tried Indian food so I had no idea what to pick in the first place. It had chicken pakora, lamb curry, chicken curry, tandoori chicken, dal, rice, raitha, naan and kheer. The extra coconut soup was so good, it was even better dipping my naan bread into it! When it arrived I looked and it was so much food! It was a great choice because I got to try many different things. I had so many leftovers which lasted about a week! They give you plenty of food and don't cut you short. I loved it all and would get the same thing again. You are also able to choose your spice level and I went with medium it was good, but I think I will get a spicier meal next time! The food arrived very warm and fresh. I could tell it was just done cooking. It didn't take long for the doordasher to pick it up either! I am hoping soon I will be able to try this in person!

Taj Mahal is now one of our favorite restaurant in Fort Wayne! I've been wanting to try it for over a year! I'm so glad we finally made it in, it was delicious and very filling!

Honestly, this is one of the best Indian restaurants in Fort Wayne.

What I look for, is to see if food taste well without it having to be spicy. This place exceeded all expectations.
Very delicious food, the rice alone is flavorful.
The vegetable samosas, everyone should try!
If you’d like to know, my personal favorite dish is Lamb curry, Indian spicy.

First time here and really our enjoyed our meal . Chicken curry was delicious . Very nice atmosphere and great , friendly staff .

Everything is always lovely here! I had the Paneer Masala (medium) and the Masala Tea. My friend got the Lamb Biryani (hot.....is no joke..sweating and nose running. Lol). We also had the Paneer Kulcha & Garlic Naan (very tasty and very garlicky).

Ordered tandoori chicken, non-veg thali, shrimp curry and saag curry for lunch. Food is tasty and the waiters are friendly. Chai tea was delicious and hot as it should be. The restaurant space is big and adequate.

Dine in, carry out, or catering, Taj Mahal is my go to place for delicious food. My favorite dish is lamb curry with a side of roti bread. So good!

Rather nice and helpful people. Willing to help with pronunciation and suggestions. Tried a lamb dish that was excellent way better than expected. Everything was made fresh. I could hear the prep cook chopping. Take your time, enjoy the flavor and quality.
