Where do I start? I say this because I can not say enough about this classy, exquisite and overall wonderful fancy restaurant! If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would not hesitate! I ate there with my Mother and everything about our experience was perfect and enjoyable. The food was exceptional in quality and filled me up quickly! The ham was the best! The service was top notch as Mackenzie was a wonderful waitress and was very caring and professional. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was excellent and it seemed everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving meal!

I also like all of the pictures, the gorgeous chandeliers and memorabilia Olde Richmond Inn features. People were very friendly and it feels very much like a family atmosphere in a higher end establishment! Overall I was highly satisfied and this was my 2nd time there. I will definitely be back as it was well worth it! I highly recommend this classy, family style restaurant to anyone wanting to enjoy a tasty homemade meal with exceptional service! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for the perfect experience! 🙂

The Inn is beautiful. We were ushered upstairs which has several elegant rooms with chandeliers and cozy dining areas. There was a seasonal menu, and we started with Brie, fresh fruit, and appetizers. The bread sticks tasted freshly made and the brie was perfectly melted.

The entrees we had were Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo and Beef Stroganoff -- both delicious! I would recommend to anyone.

Great local spot. The food was made to order and service excellent. We tried a filet and prime , both amazing!

We had a wonderful lunch at The Old Richmond Inn. Seated quickly in the charming dining room, drink orders taken immediately as we looked over both the regular and lunch menu. Started with a crispy zucchini appetizer, cut in French fry strips and served with a generous portion of marinara. Delicious! Salads were cold and crisp. For entrees we ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu and herb crusted cod. Both were hot and delicious. Served with a great side of fresh mixed vegetables and a choice of potato. Everything was great! We did prefer the cod over the chicken just because it was so good. Finished up a piece of triple layer chocolate cake ala mode to share. With soft drinks, appetizer and dessert our bill pre-tax and tip was $61.00! Melissa our server was amazing. Attentive, patient and able to describe dishes perfectly and offer suggestions.

Old style historic restaurant near downtown. These types of restaurants are hard to find and should be treasured. Friendly staff and food was very good. I wasn't familiar with 2 Merlot selections but with my meal I wanted the drier of the two and asked for a recommendation. They chose the less cost bottle of the two. This showed me they care about their customers. Well done. I will be going back as I live about an hour away. Thank you for the experience.

Loved the old feel of the Inn. We had a big party of 20 and our waitress was taking care of us and another party. The wait was pretty typical of a large party. Food was great. My husband's steak came out and was cooked incorrectly. The chef himself sent out a new one free of charge. I appreciate a business that stands behind it's work.

Great food all around. The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was pleasant. I like the fact that it's part of history.

This is my favorite restaurant. It is a very nice place; great food; great service; and the best coffee in town. If you want a upscale dining experience, this is the place. It is always a good idea to make reservations if you are planning to go on the weekend.
The restaurant is a large Victorian style home with very nice dining rooms. It doesn't matter which room you are seated in, they all are beautifully decorated. With rich wood trim throughout, "period" pieces on the walls and shelves, some stained glass windows, you are guaranteed a very nice dining experience.
And if you prefer to be near the bar, it is nice over there as well. There is a wall of windows on that side giving a great view. It's sometimes nice to dine in that area because it is so open. They also have an outside dining area if that's your preference.
The Old Richmond Inn is one of Richmond's finest restaurants, and like I stated earlier, it is my favorite restaurant. I have always had a great time out, a fantastic meal, and excellent service at the Old Richmond Inn. And you will as well...

Beautiful setting in an old home with vintage woodwork and stained glass. The multiple misspellings on the daily specials made me worry about the effort put in, but the food was in fact excellent. Soups were good and entrées were well-prepared. Made for a good lunch outing with friends and family. It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas when we went. I would definitely recommend.

A family favorite! Great for special occasions, a romantic date or just because....a very nice ambiance. The staff is top-notch. Linda and Galo do an amazing job! Love the bleu cheese filet mignon, stuffed mushrooms and heart of palm salad.

Amazing food, excellent service in a historic house turned restaurant. After stopping at the warm glow candle factory, we were seeking a place to eat dinner. I searched and found this restaurant and saw other good reviews. Our server was Sidney and she was helpful when I asked for a recommendation on food. I chose the prime rib. My husband had the filet poivre. Both were excellent. My heart palm salad was delicious with a perfect italian dressing and spinach, tomatoes, onions. We had the berry cobbler for desert. It was very good but my favorite part was the twice baked potato and prime rib. This house turned restaurant has multiple dining rooms. I saw a couple dining alone in another room! How nice! Sidney checked on us multiple times and made us feel like valued guests. There is a unique chandelier that is originally from another famous mans home. That man was the inventor of the roller skate! You can read about it on their website. We were traveling so we won't be able to visit often but we will certainly come back the next time we travel anywhere near this location!

We drove in from Indianapolis to enjoy a nice day and drive. We were seated quickly for lunch. Our server Aubri was very helpful and attentive and she did an outstanding job.
We were started out with complimentary bread which was warm, soft and oh so good. I had the Chicken Valentino and my wife had the Chicken Salad Croissant. We both loved our choices.
My chicken was tender, served hot and had a great taste. The broccoli was cooked perfect and with cheese, how can you go wrong. I had a salad as my side and it was fresh and crispy. Her sandwich was served on a very large croissant with a substantial amount of Chicken Salad. She ordered a side fruit cup which was large and for non seasonal fruit, was very good.
All of the staff was attentive and continually making sure your drinks were filled and checking to see if all was ok. They even provided a little extra help packing for our leftovers for the road. I would definitely recommend a trip in. We will definitely be back.

It's as good as Golden Lamb in Lebanon, OH. No, it might be better. I was surprised and happy to find this restaurant.

I ordered chicken parmesan and it came with salad. Chicken was so moist and the marinara sauce was very tangy and tasty. The pasta was cooked just right. My friends ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu and lasagna. Chicken cordon bleu was tasty but salty she said. Lasagna was excellent. We all agreed that the salad was very fresh. We felt like we hit the jackpot visiting this restaurant.

We ordered from lunch menu and we all had left overs. We can't imagine the portion of the dinner menu! We came out totally satisfied with our lunch. We didn't order any dessert since we were all full. We highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is amazing! Their walleye is lightly breaded to perfection and melts in your mouth. Even their kids meals were great especially the fruit cup. So many choices on the menu will have us coming back.

We found the Olde Richmond Inn several years ago and it has become our favorite restaurant. We drive 120 miles at least once a week to dine their. All of their entrees are prepared from scratch and are delicious. If you are lucky enough to have Melissa as your server you are in for a real treat. She is great and can explain in detail the ingrediants of every dish on the extensive menu. We highly recommend Melissa and the Olde Richmond Inn.

Best food in town! Service was excellent and everything was delicious. Price was fair and really below what the service and the food were worth! Will definitely go back the next time I'm in town!

An outstanding eatery with a braod menu of classic lunch and dinner options. So many daily specials it is hard to choose. Sandwiches, pasta, salads and so much more. And the environment is so wonderfully crafted in an historic style converted home. Great food. Great staff. Great choice for any meal.

Nice little place located near downtown. The food was delicious and the staff was quick and helpful. There is inside and outside seating. The atmosphere is very old school, but that should be expected, 'Old' is in the name of the Inn after all.

Delicious food. Pretty good pricing. Quiet relaxing atmosphere. We will be back
