Eaton Place Restaurant

This is a really excellent small town diner. It’s full of regulars, the service is good, and the food is hot and fresh. I couldn’t resist the Sunrise Special, which is a cheese omelet over hash browns and smothered in sausage gravy.

I think there can be a wait for tables but I walked right in and got a seat at the counter.

Great little small town diner. Excellent service. They keep your coffee cup full with HOT coffee ,not a lot of places do that anymore. The food was great as well. Got the combo plate( eggs,home fries, and biscuit and gravy, husband got French toast ,eggs and bacon. They cook the bacon perfectly. Must try if you are in the area.

This was a stop on a work trip for lunch. I’m glad I stopped. Very good food and service. I ordered the 8oz Hand Battered Cod Sandwich and fries. Just like at home it was delicious. Thanks.

The three four years I've lived around town I've never gone into the place there was a bit of a line and it is always packed but it is well worth the wait the cooks work really hard they have a variety of food items to choose from and it has been the best breakfast I have ever eaten at a restaurant the portions are amazing the prices are really good for the quality of food and I am extremely satisfied with the overall service and how quick they will get a table clean to get the next person sat this is a must try sometimes you have to peek around the corner to see if there's an open spot at the bar area to sit if you want to order food if not there's a little weight not too long of a wait for a booth or a table

I always order the fried chicken club, sea salt fries, (sometimes soup), and then pie to go. I eat the meal half there, and half goes home and I eat again. Generous portion and delicious

Excellent food, favorite of the locals show to us as we arrived on the morning, the parking lot was full and stayed full the whole time we were there.

Wife had the waffles with the homemade syrup that was delicious. I had the Sunrise Breakfast special. It is a cheese omelet covered with hashbrowns and their homemade country sausage gravy. This also was delicious. The orange juice was the weak link only because everything else tasted so good I was expecting a fresh squeezed taste.
If you are driving an RV don't expect to park in their parking lot, maybe you can park a cross the street.

I can’t wait to come back!! For a Monday this place was busy! But I see why!! 😂 Best biscuit and gravy I’ve ever had from a restaurant! I was seated by the kitchen so I got to see a lot of the food they offer and I will definitely be returning!!! The service was just as amazing as the food!!! 💚

Wonderful town restaurant with better than average food at a very reasonable price. The food was served promptly by a great staff.
If your in Eton Ohio it's a must breakfast stop !

Best little restaurant ever !!! Makes you feel right at home from the taste of the food to the hospitality. Always stop in for lunch when I can and always hard to get up and go back to work after getting a belly full !! 😋

I have lived in Preble county my whole life. I have never been here, not sure why not. I decided to stop in the other day. Wow, I was missing out just awesome breakfast and amazing quick service.I will be going back soon

A Delicious variety of breakfast and lunch comfort staples complete with an array of fresh pies in a cozy and clean small town restaurant as well as a friendly and very attentive staff. An absolute must try if you are anywhere near the area !

The atmosphere is very homelike , and the employees are very friendly. Every dish I've had has a homemade taste and is delicious!

I don't get to eat here very often but when I do, it's always good. Generally I get French toast and bacon and hot tea. The French toast is really good,it's 2 slices halved. The bacon is nice and crisp,not under done or burnt. We also have had the pancakes. My kids love them and they are as big as your plate. The prices are good too. Plus it's home -cooked,not pre-cooked. The host staff are always friendly. There definatly will be times you'll have to wait for a table but it's worth it if you have the time. They are only open until 2pm so don't wait to go too late.

This place almost always has a short wait till others leave. The food and staff are well worth the wait. Normal waiting is not more than 15 to 20 min. You can walk in and set at the counter if seating is available without a wait. Just don't let the wait keep you from a great experience.

Always enjoy eating here on Saturday mornings! Everyone who works there is very nice. The food is great and very affordable!
