Menards

Menards is always great. You get mixed reviews often about these chain stores. However we have never had any issues we buy a lot of our hardware items here as well as any paint project needs we may have. We have also recently discovered that it’s a great place to buy your paper products and laundry soaps in bulk as they are cheaper and they offer the 11% rebate on all items so you could a lot of money by utilizing this.

Geat service. Got 2 pieces of drywall in the yard out back and the gate tender was a great person to deal with. Keep it up.

They have their vegetable and flower seeds out. Big variety. If you like feeding the birds,they have a lot of seeds to choose from .I've looked for freezer tape in other stores to no avail,well Menards had that too. Nice place to shop, they have it all.

Went in looking for a piece that we’ve been looking for three days now. At this point I was over it and annoyed but when we asked for help Matt helped in the plumbing department. He was extremely helpful asked all the right questions and took a lot of time to help us find this one specific piece. When we couldn’t find the other thing we had come for he recommended a few other places for it. Was overall friendly and super helpful

Always a dangerous store to walk into, but for all the right reasons!!! We use menards OFTEN!!!

From the parking lot to the check out it was very pleasant. I wish I would have written down names starting with the tall gentleman cleaning carts outside (as it had recently rained..and sanjtizinghe went above and beyond is that as we were driving by to park we asked him to leave 1 out for us please" ....without asking him he watched for us to park; he then brought the cart to us and unloaded the product. And he acted like he enjoyed it the whole time.

The cheerful gal at the customer service counter was professional knowledgeable very proficient.

And the tall elder gentleman at the paint desk was very helpful knowledgeable professional;evident he had great work ethic with several customers simultaneously.
This experience as I was with my elderly, aging, spunky, mother was flawless.
Made great use and showed my time valued as much as thiers...
..not one time did we feel we were annoying (as happens so frequently in some retail settings) I have never had a bad experience at this store.
It was great. Very appreciated..gave me hope for humanity. Thank you.

Cashier Josh is always helpful and friendly in my opinion. The rebates are kinda silly, AFTER rebate prices are the same as other places regular prices I've found. A store credit instead of cash isn't so bad IF you live close by. The store is usually clean and we'll lit.

In and out lots of different products from home improvement items to food ,or appliances, and much more.

Went to the Richmond store for the best price on a shower door. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The ladies of customer service were pretty especially the one who greeted me when I left. Indiana is the place I wanna be!

We went to Menard's in Richmond IN to purchase siding for our home. Levi, the manager in Building supplies was extremely helpful getting our special order taken care of and ordered. He went above and beyond to help us.

I had a great experience here when shopping for a light dimmer. The man who helped us didn't give up until we found what we wanted, and the man who found it in their computer was very helpful as well. Thank you!

Another great visit. Got what we needed. Was greeted by several employees. While they seemed short-handed at the registers, it was being managed very well thanks to Debra. Thanks Menards Team Richmond!

I have always liked Menards, because of the products and because a couple of my my former co-workers work there. I haven't been in there since I went to work for the competition. I went in there to buy something I forgot to buy at work. I found my Cascade Dishwashing Liquid. I bought it and used my last Menards rebate I received back in the fall. I was pleased. I didn't see my former co-workers, though. We would have had some laughs.

Got some beautiful, reasonably priced curtains, enough for my whole downstairs! Looked at the bathroom cabinets & sinks, great selection. You can really get lost, there are so many things to choose from. And they have furniture too!

I jumped into Menards just to do some window shopping and grab a few miscellaneous items. While I was there. I probably ran into (not literally LOL) no less than 6 of here employees.

Without exception, EVERY SINGLE ONE of those employees was beyond friendly, helpful, cheerful and basically the best CRS/Sales Reps I’ve ever seen. No matter how dumb the question was they were absolutely cheerful. One person went so far above and beyond that he deserves a call out: this young man Noah want out of his way to help me, almost literally dropping what he was working on to help me.

With so much bad service these days I’m retail, it was incredibly refreshing to get such good service. Managers are SO used to getting complaints, so he was wary after I asked to speak with a manager aster checking out. When I told him I wanted to compliment them and the service, you could see both the relief, the pride. He/they gave me a form to submit to corporate, which I will DO, but being able to give good news to a store manager instead of anKaren complaining was reward in itself.

So if you are in Richmond and need construction materials, etc, I highly recommend Menards over the Big Orange Chain (you know who I mean!).

Today I went and purchased a swing set for my grandchildren. The sales representative was very respectful while helping me.
The cashier was very polite and expeditious in cashing me out.
My experience was joyful!

Found what we needed and some things we didn't realize we needed. In all an amazing story. People who are knowledgeable about products that aren't even in their area.

Today we had to be "that" customer. Returned lots of items unneeded for a plumbing job. The young lady at returns took her time and got the job done. Only one worker made me put my mask over my nose, they do not care if your mouth is covered, just the nose. Of course, we had to buy more stuff, heavy stuff. Two young men were very helpful and loaded it into our truck. I need to write 2 very poor reviews today, I am happy to have an excellent one to help offset the horrible.
