Tim from geek squad is awesome. Helped my wife out with transferring data on quite a few old phones, cameras and laptops when other people made it seem like a big deal. Also got it done very quickly. He helped us purchase a laptop as well, making sure we got what we wanted and took care of us. He was honest and great to deal with.

Best Buy had the security camera I was looking for, and I like looking around there. I could have got it cheaper at Sam's Club, but Best Buy was more convenient at the time.

But I'll say on the other day I went in there in the two employees working I had got the feeling that they I was bothering them They did not want to help me and I was there to buy an oculus so I was getting ready to drop about 400 bucks and that still didn't face them but normally best awesome

I got a new stereo installed by the “Geek Squad” auto tech department, Josiah handled the installation. It was a super quick process (about an hour), and it turned out I had initially purchased a part that he didn’t end up needing for the installation. I expected to get refunded the part cost, but he also refunded for the labor that wasn’t required - a pretty significant refund for the unnecessary labor, which I found to be super honest and ethical. Maybe that’s standard procedure but it seemed like something a lot of companies might not do.
Josiah was a really nice dude and he did the job well. It went about as smooth as I could’ve hoped, and I love the new stereo!

Great experience! While looking for multiple technology devices one associate assisted on her expertise and then took us to the associate with knowledge of our other devices we were looking for. Unlike many other east central Best Buy stores I have recently visited. Worth my drive to Richmond. I recommend this store.

Tonight we purchased an IPad Pro 12.9 and received fantastic customer service. They price matched Apple’s deals and more. I am very pleased and had a good experience. I Will be back.
