I love the cozy atmosphere and the staff treated us very very well! We had an excellent server that answered all of our questions. I got the salmon teriyaki and it was the best I've ever had! Large piece of fish, lots of mushrooms, great fried rice and the sauce was AMAZING . You get a choice of soup - clear and miso. Their sushi was amazing! We'll be back!!

Love Asakusa! Been going for over 20 years. Went for lunch w some girlfriends and had their famous Lunch Binto Box for $14. You can pick 2 main items, I choose Teriyaki Beef (extra $2) and Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura (w dipping sauce). It comes with your choice of steamed rice or fried rice, side of steamed carrots & broccoli, sauteed mushrooms and a choice of clear miso soup or a salad. Years ago, it was jus under $12, came w BOTH a miso soup & salad, along with larger portions. But regardless, it is still a great place to eat w a calm & intimate Japanese atmosphere. You can sit by the sushi bar or even b in an enclosed room for larger parties.

I got a dragon roll sushi and the aloha sushi (add cream cheese). The food was amazing and so was our server (Jordan I think(?)) who was attentive to mine and my friends drinks and quickly brought us our bill and a takeout box when we asked. Even though we had to wait to be seated (they were very busy) the atmosphere was calm.

The sushi here is always excellent— we enjoyed the Mexican roll and Dragon roll the best. The clear soup was also very good!

Wow! What a great restaurant!! Don't let the exterior fool you - when you walk through that door, it's like being transported to another place. Amazing atmosphere, wonderful service, unbeatable prices - and the sushi was excellent! Loved out experience here and will definitely come back and tell others

The best service. Thuya was an amazing server. Maki rolls were fantastic, couldn't ask for better. It was a fantastic birthday celebration .

The best place in Fort Wayne for fresh sushi! Everything I have had here has been amazing, from sushi and teriyaki chicken to their amazing salad and soup starters!

Update - I recently visited to try some dishes I've never had before. The fried soft shell crab appetizer was very unique, though a bit pricy. The "Sashimi, Sushi, and Tekka Maki" boat was amazing! Very large slices of super fresh sashimi with great variety. Last, the Sukiyaki was a super unique and delicious dish, extremely rich glass noodles that absorbed that sauce, tender beef and tofu, and super delicious cabbage.

Went on a friday evening with a group of 3 and we were sitted immediately. Service was fast, food was awesome. Not really a fan of sushi but took a chance on the AKA Oni, one of the ones with no raw fish and it was amazing. My favorite thing has to be their hot sauce. I love spicy food and their hot sauce is one of the best i've had in America. It took my already perfect seafood and rice to another level.

Food delicious, service was excellent. Waiter had a great style. Excellent sushi as well as menu items.

Wow! Just wow! Totally unexpected for Indiana, one of the best sushi’s I ever had. Definitely try the seariously maki roll - sooo good! Will definitely be back soon

We had 2 of our Asian Grands with us, who could help navigate all the delish choices, along with our server. I regret I only took the sushi platter. My husband got the red snapper that was just delicious!! We will definately go back, the ambience was PERFECT!! 🤤😍

Very great service! The interior made the dining experience feel more private and comfortable. The Rock Maki and the Aka Oni were very good. May be our new favorite sushi in town, but I'll have to try it more to see if it is regularly this quality. The clear soup is definitely our favorite clear soup so far in town.

Come here often with my daughter for sushi rolls. Best sushi in Fort Wayne if you ask me. The clear soup is the best as well. Servers are always nice and attentive. I don't think you'll be disappointed coming here

I love sushi, and today was my first time here! Cool vibes. Friendly staff. Sushi was BOMB. Clear soup was so good and simple. I do not remember the waiters name, but he was super cool. Will definitely be back!

One of my favorite places to eat in Fort Wayne!!

Went for our anniversary dinner. The atmosphere was perfect, beautiful interior and it felt like every table was tucked away. We ordered two specialty rolls, the Golden Roll and the Aloha Roll as well as the Combination Dinner with Ton Katsu and Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura. We will be talking about how delicious this meal was for a long long time. We will absolutely be back.

Was a wonderful birthday gift from my family. Thuya was the best for our server, and very well appreciated. Sushi is affordable, and good, couldn't ask for anything more!!

Great little place to get sushi! Love to get carry out for lunch usually about once a week. They are always quick and super friendly. Dining in a nice experience as well. There are not very many tables available, but the seating is cozy and dimly lit. Would definitely recommend.

It's my favorite sushi place in Fort Wayne. I'm never disappointed with the quality of food and price. I will say the appetizers need improvement because nothing special but let's be real you come her for the sushi.

What more can you say? Great place to go! Love the atmosphere, great selection of just about anything you could want with this style of cuisine, and a great staff to top it off. Also a great place for lunch and take out. The boxes are a great deal.
