Hank's Appliance Service LLC

We've hired Hank for a few repairs over the years. He was very helpful, got the job done, and had reasonable prices. Twice he recommended that we replace an appliance rather than pay him for the repair because it would have been more costly than it was worth. We appreciated his honesty; he could have just done the repair and stuck us with the cost.

I had used Hanks Appliance Repair since 1998 and did so until his untimely Death a couple years ago. Hank was very Honest & Dependable. We used him for all our appliances in our home & rentals. Sure miss having someone that you can truly depend on!!!

My washing machine belt cover had fallen off and ripped the wireing harness apart in the process. Hank came out and had everything fixed in no more than 10 minutes. My entire bill was less than what sears would have charged just for the inspection. Great guy, very knowlagable and doesnt waste anytime getting to work to fix your problem.

Awful! I would rate this a negative zero if I could. He came out to our house twice and still charged us for a job he couldn't fix. He tries to act like he is knowledgeable, but really isn't! Well, four months later of doing everything he told us to do, nothing worked. Our refrigerator remained warm and we all got sick from spoiled food. We ended up purchasing a new refrigerator (which works so much better!) because we got tired of always paying for a diagnostic fee and not getting any results. We later were told it was our thermostat that needed to be replaced. $300 in diagnostic fees later from separate several trips, and $1094 for a new refrigerator was alot of money spent all over someone who didn't know how to do his job!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! VERY SAD THAT A SO CALLED OWNER OF A COMPANY THAT SAYS HE HAS BEEN DOING WHAT HE DOES FOR 40 YEARS AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE. COMPANY TRIES TO HUSTLE PEOPLE AND IF YOU DONT FALL FOR IT, THEY TRY TO THREATEN YOU. CANT WAIT UNTIL YOU MESS WITH THE WRONG ONE BUT IT WILL NOT BE MYSELF. NOT WORTH IT!

Part of the stalker gang. One of his workers ran a red light pulling out watching me instead of where he was going. He waited for me to pull up to the intersection and pulled out in front of me kept going.
