Advanced Family Dentistry

I had my first visit here this week and I had a great experience! I was taken back promptly for my appointment and everyone was very friendly. Everything was explained clearly and I had a copy of care instructions emailed to me after my visit. I also appreciated the follow up call the next day after my procedure. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

My first visit was amazing. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The two lovely ladies in reception are knowledgeable and super friendly. The clinical staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Shawna assisted with the X-rays and exam from start to finish. Kristina provided a fantastic and painless cleaning session. Wow - who knew that was possible? And, then, my examination with Dr. Sherry was awesome! She is everything and more I dreamed of as the perfect dentist. I felt at ease with her from the start, and that feeling remained throughout her exam. She explained everything I needed to know, and even finished off by doing the fluoride treatment herself. My only regret is that it took me so long to find this amazing dental practice.

I decided after 20 or more years to switch dentists because I was still having some problems with my teeth that never seemed to get better despite what my old dentist was doing. I made the switch to Advanced and the first visit was filled with more X-rays and pictures and of my teeth than I have ever had before. The doctor came in and checked the pictures along with doing an exam and identified my problems right off the bat. I am very pleased with the move and ready to get my teeth fixed!

New to Muncie and my first time with this dental practice and I must say it was a very good experience. Kristina was my hygienist and she was fabulous! Very friendly and thorough. I don't have any dental issues so I didn't anticipate any problems but had just chip a tiny bit of the front bottom tooth at the tip so I was kinda worried about that. Once all the xrays were taken and my cleaning was done, Dr. Dave Stagge came in and did his own exam and said a little bonding to that tooth and I should be as good as new. I'm skeptical that it'll hold and told him so but he told me as long as I don't use my teeth as "tools" and just use them to eat with I should be fine. Lol I have a follow-up next week to have that done and look forward to seeing them every six months for regular cleanings. Everyone I interacted with in the office was very personable and I didn't get the vibe that they will try to push services on me that I don't want. (Unlike Aspen dental that I tried first last year!) I don't recommend them at all!! But Advanced Family Dentistry was wonderful and it makes losing my old dentist office in Marion, IN much more tolerable. I would highly recommend them.

A big 5 to Dr David Stagge, DDS for his commitment in the field of dentistry, his specialized in his field, in a welcoming manner is indeed a wonderful experience. Dr Stagge did an excellent job on my husband's upper and lower dentures. Some dentist requiring surgical procedure, he did it single handedly with precision without surgery. He is caring and approachable. I had been a patient of Dr Stagge for many years. The staff following policy procedures working as a team and patient relationship. There is no doubt I know I can count on with Advance Family Dentistry if there is a need to, on my next visit….Ligaya Ramsey

Very friendly staff. Ensured I was able to get a cleaning on a busy day since I only have one day a week available to come for appointments. Working with our insurance company for us to receive maximum benefit.

Everyone on this office was so polite. They took their time explaining everything and didn't rush to get me out. You don't just feel like the next patient going into their office. I would recommend AFD to anyone! I have found my forever dentist.

My faith has been restored in a dentist! Had horrible experiences at Aspen dental years ago and ruined me on going anywhere! The people are so kind and explain everything they are doing. I love this place, they treat you just like family!

This office is amazing and Dr Sherry takes the time to explain and let’s you ask as many questions about your treatment.

When I asked about replacing a mouth split
Dr Stagge said we sure can try just text a picture..he got right back very efficiently and they can replace it. I’m very happy that they have been my dentist of choice for so many years and thru some pretty awful jaws issues always showing concern and compassion..

I have cancer and was told that I needed to get a dentist to make sure that my teeth were as good as shape as I could get them. We were referred here. We explained what my issue was and they got me in quickly. They are so polite. They tell exactly what and where you need to high the work done. I do have to have some work done and within the next week so I can start and new medication. They also took care of that as well. I will have good teeth to start the medication, which is good news to me.

Absolutely the best experience. Everyone there is friendly and very pleasant. They make the experience very comfortable. If I had a dentist like this years ago I wouldn't have waited so long to get my teeth fixed. They are very concerned about out of pocket price for the patient. It's not all about the money to them. I was terrified of going to the dentist before I came here and met Dr Sherry and her team. She is seriously the sweetest lady and her DA’s are so nice and thorough with their cleanings and everything. I am super sensitive to pain and Dr Sherry and the Assistants all tried to keep that in mind while doing my cleanings and fillings. I unfortunately (quite literally cried) cannot go to them anymore due to my job not compromising on giving me time off to make my appointments BUT I will always recommend this dentistry. I just wish they had saturdays or sundays available. Or even late nights available. Any of those would allow me to stay with them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
