Everything from the food to the service was great the staff are very friendly and nice the food is hot and fresh and they move really fast

Service is fast and the store is well maintained. Ordered the spicy crispy chicken and was served within about two minutes. Well organized and a friendly environment.

Wendy's has the best fast food breakfast. Good for lunch too.

This location has good service and nice employees. It is usually busy. The food is consistent with Wendy's standards, which is great! I suggest the fountain drinks from this location. I also suggest the spicy nuggets or sandwich.

I've been homeless for about a week and have been coming in to charge my phone to check on things as needed and make phone calls as needed. I finally managed to scrounge up enough change for even just the frosty boo book and upon finding out they now have pumpkin spice frosty's I may have enjoyed four through out the day, in which they were kind enough to provide me a small instead of Jr. even if by accident. I was so grateful because I haven't been able to eat right for so long. They have been extremely welcoming and understanding, and my only warning when it comes to the pumpkin spice frosty is that the sugar and spice are extremely comforting but can dry your mouth out a little bit. Still extremely delicious, and I recommend them for all excited for pumpkin season. 🎃🥰🧡🌕

Both the drive-thru and inside were crowded. The cashier was nice and friendly and there wasn't a long wait for our food. It even came out hot enough and not lukewarm.

Impressively run shop. The employees all seem focused and efficient which means my food gets to me better and faster. Burger, fries, salad all were good.

For a place that has many new hires training, they seem to be learning at an average speed and are very attentive no matter what the other reviews say. Yes it's always packed and wrapped but it's in a high traffic location so it's going to be busy. Best part about this location is the great, hardworking and soo gorgeous manager Gladyelis. She works so hard and should be offered a raise.

The food was pretty good this time the cashier didn't even bother to call us up didn't say hi or anything just took our order and handed me the receipt which I thought was kind of rude

First time getting Wendy's breakfast and this location delivered!!! Service was super fast and the food was Hot and Fresh! Biscuit was amazing, just enough butter. That egg was Perfectly prepared. Great texture and I really appreciate the crispy parts of the egg white. Sausage was so flavorful. The last big surprise were the fried potatoes. Came super fresh, in fact too hot to eat at first. Seasoned perfectly and crispy. Thanks for making my Saturday morning crew!! Yall did that!

Friendly customer service with nice quick and accurate drive thru transaction. Know this, this Drive thru is a SMALL turn but manageable, gotta take it Tight lol layout for space is terrible, Good luck. The food was hot and fresh, oh the fries, burn that tongue hot and salty yeah they hit the spot!!

Jeffrey, the order taker was exceptional. Best drive-thru experience I have ever had and I've trained and managed restaurants for decades. Excellent job Jeffrey, keep up the good work.

Food served fresh & hot only thing they're so good they always have a long line around the building but they move pretty quickly

The cashier was nice I was looking into the kitchen and told her about when I used to work at Wendy's back I early 2000's. She then ask me if back then their colors was mainly yellow....I looked around the restaurant and yes the color yellow in the sodas and the fry boxes and were gone....oh man they hardly do the old school cooking of the beef patties...now they use clam grills...oh well times changes...but still they have good food

Good service and well designed parking lot. Entrance and exit only lanes so people in the drive thru don’t hit people or get hit.

Did a take out, service was exceptional. Just what we needed on our return trip from CHOP.

I strongly enjoy this restaurant. Definately one of my top go to fast food places. So convenient for busy nights, as well as easy meals. Everybody is always friendly, happy, and makes Wendy's a positive place. 5 star place!!!

edit: you have to ask for salt on your fries or you won't get any at all

food is great, customer service is pretty good too. their fries aren't as salty as you would think, and the food, in general, is not too greasy either.
they do brush the buns with a bit too much oil though, but no big deal.

New Castle Wendy's (by New Castle Farmer's Market) was Clean, really Nice People and served With Attention and Pride!!!

Got stuck in the bathroom stall and a staff member helped me out. Cashier was really friendly. Food was fresh and looked like the pictures (which almost never happens).
