Excellent product selection and competitive pricing. Tons of guns and ammunition in stock! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I purchased a new shotgun on this visit and plan to buy from them again on my next trip to Arkansas.

Way over priced and rude

Prices are above retail. Nit worth it when I can buy a brand new product cheaper than their used ones...

Just a total disappointing experience overall. Very empty inside. Nobody interested in customer service. Plenty people inside off in offices, while we just stood. Big guy had a customer yet still did not acknowledge us until about 10 min. No one else in store mind you. Even still, saw a ring that I liked so I called back and described it...only one of its color in case. (it was Periodot, the August birthstone; a very light green) I inquired and "rude dude" said ma'am I have NO IDEA what you are talking about without even trying to go look... I said it's the only one in case sir. THEN he arrogantly says to me, "Well, I'm with another customer right now and if you can hold until I'm done, then I can help you. My point here is *if you are busy, lead with that.... I understand customer service and I also understand the lack thereof. If you want to thrive in that community (of diverse cultures) respect EVERY dollar that walks in, lower those ridiculously spiked prices, put enough quality items in the store to provide a real selection and options, put some diversity behind the counter and stop clearly considering yourself above your customers. We have the $$$ that you need to keep the lights on. Oh, and hire someone with the time and heart to successfully answer your phones and provide proper info on your limited selection of items. And remember you never know if your talking to a LOCAL GUIDE that has had upwards of 33K views on their reviews of establishments. 😉 *IF IT IMPROVES I WILL RETRACT. But for now a one star experience for me!

Worse place of business I've ever been in. Horrible customer service I've ever experienced. Will never do business there again.
