Ba Roos Ice Cream and Coffee

🍨 I took a short, hot bike ride for a smoothie bowl and ice cream shop that my cousin found a mile away. Ba Roos had a WONDERFUL selection of vegan smoothies, bowls, breakfast and coffee, and I had a pitaya bowl, almond milk latte, and vegan ice cream to go. The ice cream was rich, flavorful and pretty much perfect. Thanks cousin this was so good!!

As our last day in Bethany Beach/Sea Colony we treated ourselves to Ice Cream for an early lunch. We found Ba Roos clean and colorful. 3 young ladies were friendly as we were served ice cream cone and cold drink. There were a lot of choices from bagels, & breakfast bowls to sweet treats, coffees and cold drinks. The ice cream flavors we many. There is colorful but not terribly comfortable seating and small wooden tables. A cute line separater made of colorful rope and hand made buoys forms the line in front of the ice cream case. Outside seating makes it easy to share with four legged friends. Ba Roos is in the Sea Colony Market place shopping center. Easy access off of Rt 1. Walkable from Sea Colony west or east. A place I will enjoy returning to next trip.

They have a wide variety of gluten free selections! The ice cream is fresh and has plenty of flavor. The staff members are warm, patient and enthusiastic! We love Ba Roos!

Best coconut ice cream I have ever tasted. I’m from Brazil and coconut is a big thing there, so for me to be saying this is the best coconut ice cream believe it! Try it

I don’t know who made my açaí bowl this morning, but whoever did needs a raise. They put their entire heart and soul into my bowl. It had the perfect nutella and granola ratio, and I got the sunset bowel which doesn’t have blueberries, but there were a few hidden surprises in there. Ily💘

Great little shop to get some ice cream! They have dozens of flavors and a friendly staff. My girl had this to say “Best sundae I’ve ever had”. Awesome ice cream spot for any vacationer.

Friendly staff. Happy to have vegan icecream(as a dairyfree person). The Coffee Royal icecream is very good, creamy texture(almost like REAL icecream). 10/10 will go again.

Solid Açaí bowl, and Chai Tea Latte. There’s a large ice cream selection, vegan, Italian ice. Friendly staff will be back!

Baroos is my to-go ice cream place. The staff is amazing, especially taylor. She is the most helpful, patient and hardworking employee I’ve ever met. I got the apple pie ice cream. It was very appley and scrumptious. Will be returning forever. Love this place. Love taylor. Give this girl a million gazillion dollars and honestly the whole business.

Ba Roos was my first coffee stop in Delaware, and everyone loved the vibrant, crisp, beachy theme! Everything about my visit at Ba Roos made me want to return, from the stylish interior to the creative menu to the delicious drinks. I look forward to being back at Bethany and having another salted caramel latte here!

I have been going to Ba Roos since it opened and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always smiling. Since the ice cream is so delcious there is usually a line and they still always are cheerful, kind, and work so diligently. I would definitely stop here for ice cream when you are in Bethany. Also the banana ice cream>>> is amazing☺ Thanks Ba Roos for being amazing and treating my ice cream addiction.

Absolutely the best ice cream around...taste home made and we have not found any better...not buying anymore ice-cream unless we go there...place was packed but the young ladies work hard and certainly earn their tips

Their ice cream is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I had a double dish of Apple Pie, Cookie Dough, Party Cake and Cotton Candy. Whether you are a home or condo resident in Sea Colony, or any Bethany Beach neighborhood, Fenwick Isand, Rehoboth Beach or even Ocean City, MD, I HIGHLY recommend this place for a nice date night for those men with a girlfriend.

A double scoop in a bowl is literally a pint of ice cream. The quality of ice cream is also top notch. Id even say better than the local dairy everyone loves here.

Fun vibe in the store, and lots of flavor options. Service was good, about what you'd expect from teenagers. The prices seemed just a little high until we realized how large the portions are.

The girls behind the counter were super friendly. Our order was made quickly and with a smile! The place is clean. So many flavors to choose from!
