Best breakfast chain!! Super heavy portion sizes!! We tried the appetizer combo having onion rings, fried chicken and mozzarella sticks!! Also tried the chicken fajita omlette with hash browns and classic and cinnamon pancakes!! The unlimited refills for drinks are amazing. For drinks we tried the iced coffee and raspberry lemonade!! The waitresses gave good suggestions and great service!!!

One of my favorite spots to stop in when I visited DE. The staff is friendly and the service fast. The building is aging, but you always know the food service is stable.

Today my Family and I ate breakfast. And the environment was clean, great service!!! I suggest people comming here! And the manager always asked if everything is all right.

We stopped at IHOP for a delicious breakfast on our way to Ocean City Maryland for the Endless Summer Cruise.

Food was good, server was nice and kept checking on us! Would go back. If you go go early, it gets busy quick!

I brought my daughter for a "daddy-daughter" breakfast date this morning. Our server was Angelic, and she was amazing! I could tell she's been serving for a long time and really cared about her customers. I would recommend her as anyone's server. The food was amazing! My daughter had the Silver 5, and I had the Colorado omelet. In general, this was one of the best IHOP locations we've been to. Keep doing what you're doing.

Our waitress was amazing. Very friendly and got our orders correct without writing it down.

Options for vegetarian and non vegetarians. Food is good.Must try

I love me some IHOP breakfast. Remember to tip your server. You don't know how hard it's to wait tables for long shifts, like 10 hours or more.

We had a pleasant experience at this location. The food was great, good music, and our server, Yolanda, was so pleasant and kind. Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast after just getting off from work.

Visited IHOP New Castle. It was after the noon rush and it was quiet! Kyeith was our server and he was very attentive to us! Our meal was delicious and served in a very timely manner! Keep up the excellent service IHOP New Castle!

Food was fantastic and the wait staff was excellent. Seating was fast, restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I'd go back.

Very fresh food,friendly staff,quick service n hot food,not bad at all considering we all under a terrible pandemic,u will probably read this on 10 years from now n will bring back all those bad memories.Anyway,the place is clean,location is right on spot,few miles off 95 for travelers and plenty of parking there is a lot of room in the back for an RV.
I'm new to DE and is the closest one from my place so why not.
