I always enjoy peeking in this shop. Some many beautiful colors and patterns.
I found a wrap skirt and cloth belt that are fantastic.

So… I really can’t relate to the previous posts as my experience was the absolute opposite. I walked in on a very busy day and was greeted and then left to shop. After picking out a few dresses, the owner took time to find more dresses that would fit my size and style. Truth be told…I walked out with 7 dresses! The owner was pleasant and I never felt pressured. Can’t wait to come back soon to see what she’s got for me.

This is a great store with tons of colors of clothes available in multiple sizes. The lady who runs it is very kind and was very helpful this time and the last time I shopped there. I always get compliments on everything that I wear from there. Call first during off-season to make sure they're open. But definitely worth checking it out!

The person who runs this store is absolutely amazing. She has an incredibly positive energy and made the experience of shopping there a great time.

I bought two blouses here. Love them. They are perfect for the hot Texas summers. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wish I had read some reviews before going to this store. I felt an overwhelming pressure from the shop owner. Buyer beware! I paid over $100 for a pair of pants that I (stupidly) did not try on. The shop keeper assured me they would fit. I never looked at a price tag and honestly did not see one. They did fit but look horrifying on me. I really should have known better. One tag I saw was less than $100 on an entire outfit pants and top. I felt like she was just making up prices. I cannot say that was true but that’s how it felt. If I could give no stars I would. They are cute pants but not for me and definitely not for $100. The receipt clearly states no refunds or exchanges. Really wish I had never gone in the store. I stand by my words on this review. The items I saw on display were what drew me in and they are beautiful clothes. But I truly regret going in the store and making the purchase. And to the lady who owns and runs the store. I respect all people, I just wish I had never shopped there. I gave the brand new pants to a second hand shop. Maybe someone who looks great in the pants will get a much better deal on them than I did. Lesson learned.

Shop owner VERY RUDE!!!! never been to Eureka before was very disappointed. She was very pushy with an attitude and when asked about clothing prices without a tag was told I needed to look harder I saw a cute top and wanted to take a photo for a friend and was screamed at by the owner that “NO PHOTOS ARE ALLOWED AND I WOULD NOT FIND ANY OF THE THINGS SHE HAS ANYWHERE ELSE” and I told her to work and her customer service and she said I was a disrespectful customer and was very insulting to my mother as well, Will never be back 0 out of 10000 stars hope this shop gets shut down! VERY overpriced for low quality clothing and quilts that CAN be found at other places !!! I would also like to note was watched constantly and did not feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the door very bad for business was kind and respectful with her the whole time ,if you look at other people’s reviews they have left she continues to be rude calling them “disrespectful “ and ECT ,mind blowing really!! 3/26/23

Still mind blown by the entire experience I hope this shop has been shut down probably why I haven’t got a smart disrespectful response yet like she has with her other previous customers even the store owner across from her doesn’t support her!!! I really hope she doesn’t continue to service people with such hate !!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This lady is extremely push, rude and a liar. Seen many other reviews that have had same issue as us. Lady will say anything to get a sale. Was told as long as we had receipt and within 7 days, there would be no problem. Three of our group was there but only 2 of us was shopping. Our 3rd party was helping with opinion and waiting. The lady started harrassing her about not shopping, asking then what are you doing then? You need to shop.
We purchased our gift items, went back to hotel and tried them on and they did not fit or look right. So took them back the very next day. As soon as she seen us she said no refunds, all sales final (without us saying a word). She would not stop to talk with us or look at us. She pulled some paper out from under the counter that stated the same thing. "All sales final..no refunds" Which is NOT what she told us the day before at all. And this was not posted...it was under the counter. We took pictures of all of this.
Lady was rude, snotty and then wanted to lecture us while she stomped around the store.
I have never encountered anything like it.
She is the worst kind of lady and business to be in Eureka Springs and is totally giving it a bad name and ruining the nice pleasant atmosphere they have there. Even her neighboring business's felt the same way and said she is like that all the time!
My group (which loves going to Eureka Springs at least 3-4 times a year) has totally been ruined by this shop/lady and refuses to go back. How someone like this can remain in business with this kind of behavior towards everyone and carries on shady business with so many complains is shocking. Worst shopping/customer service I have ever had.
Note: Walk about a block down the road to "Babes and Blades" shop and you can find the same merchandise with more details for over half the cost cheaper and will be greeted with a smile and great customer service.

Had a really sad experience here. Went shopping with my Mom, and she found a beautiful outfit that she wanted, but she put it back because she didn't want to spend the $. I went back and got it for her to surprise her, and I specifically asked the owner if she could exchange it if it didn't fit (because she hadn't tried it on). The owner smiled and said, "of course she can! she will love this outfit" and was so nice, and I spent the money. A week later my mom went in to exchange the top for a different size. The owner was RUDE and told her that there are no exchanges due to Covid? Really? That's not what you told me when you gladly took my money. This owner is not trustworthy, and I would not recommend shopping here and supporting her store. It's sad that there are people who run businesses like this. Why not just tell me that there are no exchanges?

Owner was rude. I had to tell her we were just looking at least 3 times. She then said I have clothes that fit all sizes as she looked my daughter and me up and down. We walked through the shop. There were 2 items I contemplated purchasing but I just can't give business to someone so hateful. As we were leaving I told her Thank you, goodbye and to have a nice day. She simply stared at us. Made me uncomfortable. I made it a point to tell her thank you again. That's when she finally said something to us. Not very good customer service. She'll probably clap back on my review like she has the rest. She was just very offputting for such a friendly community.

Edit to owner: you're correct. I am not a customer because of how I was treated. And yes, I was there. Lol I have a pic. Since you don't believe me I'll just go ahead and post the picture. Don't be shady. Also, I'll post a picture of your original response to my comment as well.

Horrible customer service. Asked us about 3 times if we were looking for anything in particular when we told her no the first time. (Nobody else in the store but us) She said she has clothes of all sizes and inspected us as we shopped. Mother was thinking about buying but didn’t want to give business to a rude owner. As we were leaving my mom said that you and the owner just stared at us. We said thank you again and that’s when she said something. Probably wouldn’t recommend for people with low tolerance to rudeness.

I am disabled and in a power chair. I saw a scarf in the window and wanted to purchase it, when I went to enter the shop, I was told that power chairs were not allowed. There was plenty of room to maneuver, she would have had to only unlock the other door. First time I have been discriminated against because of my disability.

The shop owner was so rude to me. She seemed disturbed by me looking at items and looking at the prices. I will say everything in this shop is twice as much as other shops, and the other shops have much better customer service. I have never been spoken to the way this woman spoke to me in a public setting. She kicked me out of her store for being “too loud.” I was in there alone!

June 9, 2018 - I purchased a dress for my daughter at this shop. While watching the owner ring up the purchase, I saw the dress amount, then the tax appeared, and then the owner added $2.50 to the sale. I was confused and went back and asked what the $2.50 was for and she said the credit card fee. I was really upset at the point and wanted to return the dress but my daughter really wanted it. I should have asked for that $2.50 back but I was kind of taken aback! I am reporting her to both the chamber of commerce and the Better Business Bureau. The thing is if she had asked I would have been able to either agree or come up with another form of payment. She was very sneeky about ringing it up as fast as she could.

This women does her own reviews on Facebook, so you can not trust. I am a local and used to work across from this shop. The owner is rude and dishonest. Had many customers come in after being instead and lied to by her. However, I never judged until she lied and cheated my own daughter, who was a kyal customer. She does not represent this beautiful town! I would avoid her shop.

If you want to shop here, you cannot look at your phone AT ALL! I went to text my fiancee to make sure he was ok with me buying something (because the shop is fairly pricey) and the worker told me that I could do that outside if I wasn't interested in the shop. I definitely wasn't after that!

The owner is rude. I was standing in front of her store when she came out to tell me to move. Even though she was rude I moved out of the door area. Then she proceeds to yell at me to move completely out of the shared hallway. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this store unless you have a Xanax to slip in the owners drink.
