T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I came in on a Friday afternoon to switch back to tmobile and everyone that helped me was fantastic. Rob, Marley, Matthew, and Randy were all great. Highly recommend this store!

We got fed up with Optimum as our internet provider, so we switched to T-Mobile home internet. I visited our local T-Mobile, they had the equipment on hand, and the sign-up/paperwork was quick and easy. I was back home with the equipment installed and our internet up and running within a couple of hours from the time I first walked into their store.

Their internet worked fine for our needs - it was plenty fast enough for multiple stream videos at the same time along with lag free gaming, etc. But be aware that they don't guarantee any particular speed, and your speed will be very dependent on how close you are to one of their towers. Also your speed will vary slightly depending on the overall customer use load on that tower - for example speed tests I routinely ran always tended to show slightly faster speeds in the early am hrs compared to prime times when more customers are using their devices. So if you are out of range of their towers, it may not be a good fit for you.

Compared to Optimum, the cost of TM Home Internet was substantially less, we appreciated that their were no surprises on our billings, and no annoying sales calls trying to upsell services (T-Mobile is not our cell phone provider, and they never even pressured us to switch that).

We liked the T-Mobile Internet so well that we then switched our business internet from Optimum to T-Mobile. It's a little slower speed connection but plenty fast enough for our needs (business is not as close to a tower, and the metal building is harder for the cell signal to penetrate). We did put up an external antenna just above our roofline, which really helped. The monthly savings from using T-Mobile vs what Optimum had been charging us paid for the cost of the external antenna within 3 months.

Later on Right Fiber became available in our neighborhood, and we switched our home service to that simply because fiber is better technology than cell, but we certainly weren't unhappy with T-Mobile as a company. We are still with T-Mobile on our business internet and are very satisfied. We are also happy with Right Fiber at our home. Both are MUCH better than Optimum cable.

Despite big crowd, I got Otterbox and screen protector for Samsung . In and out in 18 min. Try that at Verizon. If you have technical issue, I called 6 seperate occasions and got a very knowledgeable, personable and English speaking individual in each instance. Won't ever switch carriers!

I didn’t purchase my initial home internet device from here. But the service in Jonesboro is amazing. I bought the 5G home internet package and it’s amazing. Double the speed of cable and almost half the cost a month! Thank you guys!

They were so kind and were taking care of getting me fixed back up on a new phone.

The staff was extremely helpful, they helped me with having the best deals for my business. That is what I call the best customer service.

Chris and Mike where SUPER awesome and a HUGE help!! They definitely made our time worth while. They even stayed late to make sure that all my information got saved to my new phone. They explained everything very thoroughly and where very patient with us. I couldn't be happier with our experience and we will definitely be going back whenever needed!!

Really disappointed several employees and about 8 or 10 customers. One employee on the sales floor . Definitely need better customer service. No welcome in the door or anything like be right with you .

Excellent help and fantastic personnel! Joshua was incredibly helpful and had the patience of Job as he helped us figure out what was best for our situation. He made money-saving recommendations without being asked; it was clear he had our best interest in mind. I highly recommend this store!

I Absolutely loved my visit there today. I actually went in there to ask questions and pay my phone bill, and they helped me out with a lot. I ended up getting two phones today with reasonable prices. I also became a new iPhone member thanks to Cheri. She was very awesome and helpful today.

The customer service here was outstanding. They were personable and very knowledgeable. They helped me set up my phone and did a complete walk through. The prices here were competitive and not too outrageous. I am so happy to have a T-Mobile here in my area and not have to drive to Little Rock or Memphis anymore. Awesome awesome crew!!!!!!!!!

Josh G. offered the most excellent experience that I’ve had at a T-Mobile store. He was not only professional but informative and sincerely filled with knowledge and patience with my lack of knowledge as a customer. It’s because of Josh that my family and I will stay a bit longer with T-Mobile... indeed we are grateful and I can truly say, Josh is one of a kind when it comes to customer service!!!

I never had any issues with customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and it took us maybe less than 30 mins to get what we need. Keep it up!

Wow theae guys are great. Wonderful customer service from both Matt and Charles. Both were attentive responive and incredibly personable. Matt helped us get new phones a new plan and all pur accessories. He walked us through each step of the process and helped us understand everything. Bes customer service I have received from any provider, and I have used verizon and AT&T in the past. Go see these guys they will make sure you are well taken care of you

Matt and Charles were awesome! We went in to get a new phone plan and upgrade our phones. Matt answered any questions we threw at him and was a great help. Great guys, great service.

Charles, Seth, and Matt were the kind of salemen you always hope for. They took 2 hours with me to ensure my plan and equipment met my needs and wants. I'd give this store 100 stars if I could.

I am in process of switching from ATT to T-mobile. So far I have nothing but positive things to say about their staff.

Tom was extremely helpful answered all my questions. He even helped me lower my bill $100 a month from what at&t was charging me! Very satisfied customer! Highly recommend!

Chris was amazing! He helped me get Netflix set up for free! I've been trying to get it hooked up for ever and it just wasn't working, so after a few minutes, he had it up and running!
