Local Flavor Cafe

We came for dinner on a small trip to town. The service was wonderful, the little outdoor dining area was cute and breezy, and the food was delicious. Every single course I was impressed and excited by, and everything was so delicious. The prices weren’t horrible either- with a tip, an entree, a dessert, and half an appetizer and a bottle of wine, was like $70.

We came here and absolutely loved it. The food was absolutely delicious! The service was great. Our servers name was Kai, and he made some excellent suggestions on what would pair well together.
It was a little pricey, but well worth it.
I got the seared pork tenderloin with a bourbon mushroom cream sauce. Paired with the mashed potatoes and asparagus.
For dessert we got the vanilla bean creme brulee, and the chocolate lavender creme brulee.

Sunday Brunch is a must! The eggs Benedict were fantastic, the grits are superb, and for first course, the smoked salmon cannot be skipped. I am sad this place only opens for brunch on Sunday, as I would be back again to just have their hollandaise. Brunch is likely a wait for larger parties, and the bar area is very limited but please don't miss this place

This Eureka Springs, AR eatery was fabulous.

Many places advertise as 'dog friendly' but have more of a 'dogs allowed' attitude.

The staff here was so kind and inclusive of our sweet pooch. He received direct interaction and adoration on more than one occasion by staff members.

The food was outstanding. We ordered the Baked Brie for our appetizer, and it did not disappoint! It might just be the best Brie we've ever eaten.

The daily lunch special was a prime rib French Dip sandwich, and it was excellent. We also ordered the grilled salmon dinner, which was delicious as well.

Finally, to finish out our late afternoon lunch, we ordered the vanilla creme brule. Wow, it was out..of..this..world!!

Had a great time. They are not rated high for no reason.The food is amazing and the service was awesome as well. Make sure to make a reservation if you can because this place fills up quick.

I had a great dining experience and enjoyed a hearty and delicious brunch. The portion was enormous. Seating was limited due to its popularity so I had about a thirty minute wait. I’d recommend going just before you become ravenous. Lol.

Sunday brunch at Local Flavor is a once per week occurrence and if you want in you need a reservation. Food is amazing, especially the baked Brie app and eggs Beni with tenderloin. The bernaise is delicious.
It can get loud in the main dining area so plan to lean in to talk, but this isn’t enough of a negative to influence a rating.
Tip: go with the breakfast potatoes, not the grits.

One of my favorite places to eat in Eureka Springs! Such good food & drinks, comfortable atmosphere and super friendly service. Our waiter, Norman, was fantastic! I highly recommend stopping here to grab a bite.

Local Flavor Cafe really hits the spot if you’re looking for some genuine, down-to-earth eats with a touch of class. Run by Britt and Connie Evans, this place is all about whipping up fantastic dishes from scratch, using the freshest stuff they can find. Britt’s been around Eureka Springs forever, and Connie’s Napa roots shine through in their killer wine list—seriously, it’s got something for everyone. They’ve got dinner, lunch, and a Sunday brunch that are all worth checking out. Plus, their cocktail game is top-notch. It’s a great spot to kick back, enjoy some tasty food and drinks, and just soak in the good vibes.

My husband visited Eureka for a quick weekend getaway, and Local Flavor was one of the highest-rated restaurants in the area. We shared an international burger and sesame crusted goat cheese salad, both were amazing! They also have a bunch of different cocktails, I can't remember the name of what I ordered, but it was also delicious. We will definitely be back. I would recommend getting a reservation, they are always pretty busy.

Local Flavor exceeded expectations!!! Went here for our post wedding dinner (just the 2 of us) and could not have been more pleased! Great atmosphere, great service, and even better food. My bone in ribeye was absolutely amazing with gorgonzola melted on top! All the food we had was REALLY good! The bartender the night we were there was obviously new so the drinks were just "ok" but everyone has to learn sometime.

Great restaurant. Great atmosphere. The meatball & grits appetizer was delicious. The Cobb salad was huge!

Fabulous food, atmosphere (we sat outside and were able to watch the comings and goings along the Main Street) and service. Mimosa was peach Bellini and excellent.

We went here on a busy Saturday night and to avoid a wait we decided to eat at the bar. The bartender, Jordan, was fantastic, providing us with terrific recommendations and service.

Highly recommend getting bread service!

Besides bread service, we also got the baked Brie, and fettuccine alfredo(which I asked to add breaded chicken to). Both of these items were terrific, the chicken was cooked and breaded to perfection.

All the drinks we had were amazing as well!!

10/10 recommend for a slightly more upscale experience.

Came for lunch after local shopping. Was gonna go for a sandwich and our wonderful server, Ken, recommended the frito chili pie, which I have not had in a hot minute. Was definitely not disappointed. Great portion, great taste, wonderful service. Absolutely recommend and will come back again when back in the area.

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally got here. The place has 3 different dining area, we sat in the entry which is a small, dark and fairly busy area. We were quickly met by our server who really did great and made the evening fun. We started with cocktails which were excellent (not very often the case). I started with the crab cakes which were very good, could have used a little more seasoning and my wife had a salmon salad. I then had the seared pork tenderloin in a bourbon cream sauce and mushroom with mashed potatoes. This dish was outstanding. The pork was tender, the cream sauce was really good as were the mushrooms. The potatoes were ok. My wife had the Chicken Milan which she said was very good. The seat was fairly uncomfortable as it was a wooden seat flat up against the wall and there was a good bit of traffic walking by serving those seated out front and we were also right by the check-in stand. Next time I will recommend sitting in the glassed in area or on the patio. We really enjoyed our dinner here.

Wow, just wow! This delicious and delightful cafe is warm and inviting. Every staff member graciously catered to our needs. Our server, David, loved our idea of creating our own tasting menu, including wine flights. We started with the spinach artichoke dip and cocktails. He then brought us their so-yummy arugula, sesame-crusted Brie salad! YES! Then our dinner was sharing an order of the crab cakes, house made meatballs & grits- another YES!- and a buttery, perfectly cooked filet mignonette. I added the Gorgonzola butter and my friend had the tarragon mushroom sauce- y’all…this place is so very good! The drinks, the wine list, the dinner menu did not disappoint. For only being in Eureka Springs for one night, having this place recommended was important…run, don’t walk to sample this great establishment

The food here is amazing. Definitely five star. The waiter we had, had the perfect recommendation for a wine pairing with the walleye... which of course was excellent. The salad was perfect size. Appetizer was great. The portion sizes are perfect for a wonderful dinner. Not so much that you feel like your wasting food. But enough so your full..... the best thing though, is the staff. Overheard another table when the waitress (summer) wad discussing thier options. Say why are there so many options. Will this waitress asked if she could just place it for them. She told them exactly what she would order for them. At the end of there meal there were singing her name is praise. Their will be a long wait unless u get there 20 mins before they open.... but its one of the best restaurants I have EVER been too.

Thought out the years, since at least 2015, my wife and I visit Local Flavor each time we are in Eureka Springs, they are 1 of 2 restaurants we absolutely visit. Staff has always been great each visit, and the food is excellent. When traveling with friends and family, we bring them with us, and they like so well they either want to go back or have been back.

This visit, I sampled the stuffed mushrooms and chips and salsa as an appetizer among 3-4 people. As an entrée I got the grilled salmon with a house salad with their in house made blue cheese dressing. The chef cooks the salmon to medium, which I like, but they ask your preference beforehand. It came with nice grill marks, juicy, flaky, and great flavor. As for the salad, the blue cheese was very good and thick.

My wife ordered the fish tacos, which come with Mahi Mahi. The tortillas are corn and grilled slightly before the taco is assembled. They add the slaw mix, Mahi Mahi, some mango salsa, and then topped with an avocado salsa. They were very good and 100% worth getting again.

The rest of the family with us, a total of 9, all removed their food. Everyone of us will be back. I added pictures of our dishes along with the other family memebers.

Great place. Great food. Great service. We took friends visiting from Texas and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was consistent, friendly and pretty fast given how busy they were. The blood orange Mimosas were on point. And the patio is dog friendly too. Will definitely be back.
