Follow up from yesterday's review! Michael Barron and his crew were the utmost professionals! I need to have my sewer line replaced from the curb. The guys were punctual and handled the job like champions. They were in at 1000hrs and done by 1230hrs. You couldn't ask for a better crew. If I ever need plumbing work again, I will not hesitate to call Len The Plumber, and neither should you! P.S. miliyaty veteran friendly!

Tim was courteous and professional from start to finish. He came in and accessed the situation accurately and explained in layman’s terms what needed to be done. He cleaned up and even closed the holes that were open from previous drilling. He changed out my fixtures effortlessly and gave quotes for other work I needed. Stellar job!!!

Update: Turned out I needed my sewer line replaced from stack to street. Len the Plumber sent me Michael Barron to take care of my problems. He was amazing! It was a month long process to get everything in order on my end and he was patient, kind, attentive and taught me a lot! He and his crew had everything done in 1.5 days and they exceeded my expectations. They were polite, efficient and super neat with a very dirty job! So pleased I found someone I can trust! I Highly recommend Michael Barron!

Anthony was great! He was professional, kind, and did a great job updating my main water shut-off valve. While in MY home, he often checked in to make sure I was okay & comfortable as he was carrying out his duties via offering store runs while he was out to get the necessary equipment he needed. He even went the extra mile by providing us an expected discount for a hassle we’d received trying to resolve an issue on a separate work order. Michael Barron was extremely helpful. He understood our problem and our panic and helped us solve both very quickly. There is an elderly person in our home, so having a main line sewer break go unfix is not an option. He worked fast and efficiently and gave us all the documentation needed for our home insurance to get the full picture. I would call Mike again in a heartbeat for any plumbing related issues in my home.

Len the plumber came out on a Saturday morning to diagnose and fix a clogged main septic line. They were quick, professional, and took extra care to keep our house clean in the process. The tech, John, was very nice and courteous throughout. They did a great job and saved our weekend.

My experience with Tom and Len the Plumber could not have been better. The office was polite and very responsive. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. He and the management bent over backwards to make the job affordable. Five stars is not enough; I give them ten!

Our clay sewer lateral collapsed on a Sunday night. Mike Barran and his team had us up and running by Thursday afternoon with minimal digging in our yard. It would have been sooner but I wanted to do my due diligence so I had to wait to get a few more quotes. I was concerned about price but I got one quote for 30% more and another for a similar price but we would have to wait 5 more days. Mike was incredibly prompt and clear when it came to answering my many questions, and his team was so professional. They were on time and they worked with a purpose.

I recently scheduled service for a boiler with Len the Plumber. The technician assigned to my ticket was Devon from the Boothwyn location. Devon, was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and punctual. Devon called and sent texts providing me with updates to when he would arrive. He was able to provide options and general information on the Boiler itself that we did not know. I would personally recommend Devon to anyone seeking knowledgeable, courteous service. Would highly recommend, they had someone out to our house within a couple hours. Very good communication verifying appointment & even sending a picture of the plumber plus GPS tracking for arrival. The plumber, John Blythe, was extremely knowledgeable to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. We tried two other companies first & they couldn’t get anyone else out until the following afternoon even though we were emptying buckets every 20 minutes.
