Yrral and Stanford were so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. We came in after a very frustrating experience with the 1800 service and they helped us get our new phones set up. They were so patient and kind. Give these 2 a raise!!

Iphone stopped charging, so I visited Boothwyn's T-Mobile, fully expecting to spend at least a $1,000. Julian looked at my phone, and knew exactly what the problem was. He took a paperclip and cleaned the bottom of it.
I couldn't believe how much dirt he got out of it. He didn't charge me a dime.
I know exactly where I'm going for ANY future cell phone issues! Julian's the best!!

The store manager Adam is very professional.
I didn’t recognize him he said he’s new to the store and thank god cause he’s great. He knows Tmobile really well. Knows how to get you in and out without rushing you, but doesn’t waste your time at the same time. I Stopped coming to this store but it’s my go to again thanks to Adam.

I live this store especially the manager Adam he always and I mean ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me and makes sure that I'm happy with my service and everything so a BIG shout out to Adam thank you for all that u do your amazing

I’m switching to T-Mobile from Xfinity. I placed the order over the phone but I wish I hadn’t. I still had to go to the store and I just spent 1 hour-47 minutes on the phone with both carriers….it’s a bit ridiculous actually. I’m not sure if it’s Xfinity or T-Mobile but one of them is making it extremely difficult to port my phone number. Ugh!! Anyway, I went in the store today for help. I was greeted immediately, the rep who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The other rep at the counter, same thing, she too was friendly and helpful. I’m not sure if going to T-Mobile is a good or bad thing but I’m committed now! Wish me luck!!

Derek and Adam are the best. Both were very helpful and provided great customer service. Answered all of my questions and got us in & out in no time… with new phones!😁

Guys were awesome! I was adding a line, and the system was giving issues. But all of them were extremely patient and were able to get someone to push it through. Took awhile, but they never said it couldn't be done or lost confidence that they could do what I needed. And they made a good call in suggesting a better phone then the one I walked in set on getting. Fun, helpful, friendly. Awesome dudes.

Alexia helped me out with her great customer service and provided all of my need I came in for a upgrade and left very satisfied with my new iPhone 14 pro max

GREAT customer service! Very fast, new exactly what I needed to get started on a new plan! So satisfied with my T-Mobile plan. Couldn’t be happier. The techs were such great help and so nice felt like family! I highly reccomend this store, and phone service company!

I can’t tell you how happy I am with this store. The gentleman Cindy was very helpful. I came in to inquire about getting a plan for my wife and a new phone and he was very informative. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything like other stores, but just wanted to me to be well informed about switching over. They really care about their customers. I am super happy with the customer service.

I came to the store because I was con switching from another carrier, but I was on the fence. From the moment I walked in I felt like I had a friend looking out for me. Nate was the most helpful by far. He knows the products and the plan that worked best for ke and my needs. If I have any questions I know I can stop by and they will help right away. I highly recommend not only T-Mobile as a carrier, but this store in particular for the best customer service.

I give the store 4 stars but the associate Briana gets 20 stars!!!! I have multiple lines and have been with them for years. I was getting tired of my phones problems and no one could give me answers. Within minutes Briana had me up and running. Im not saying she knows it all but she got me the answers I needed. This store should realize the exceptional employee they have in this one. She was not only helpful she was more than happy to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

The team here is dope! They helped me find new phone for my daughter and assisted me with adding the line to my plan quickly. I have spent hours in phone stores getting serviced in the past, and the guys here got me set up and it the door in under 30 minutes! Amazing! 😊

That young lady name Sam did an amazing job helping me get set up with my own account and a brand new tablet! She was very nice and practic! I highly recommend going to see her and this location!

ALWAYS GO TO THIS STORE!!!! they are great i love them they were very kind to me and my mom and helped us port in from verizon after we were lied to by springfield tmobile . i was here waiting until the store manager was finished with the bradford lady to tell him you are above and beyond professional. this is my only store from now on. dont let racist mean people stop you.
