Check in staff very courteous and efficient. Nursing staff great! Cardiologist thorough and efficient. Maybe could have been a little friendlier but that may be a cultural difference. And I can deal with that.

Staff was very polite and professional. The Doctor took time to really listen to you and ran nessasry test for treatment. One of best Doctor I've had in a long time.

Dr.Haustine was very personable and listened to my concerns n questions.
He was very knowledgeable n explained what was going on in layman's terms.
I have great trust in him.

Check in was quick and easy. Margaret checked me in, she was super nice. Was seen by doctors office quickly. Very efficient and no wasted time. Very positive visit.

DR. Haustein did a great job and was very informative. My prep nurse and after surgery nurse was so nice and caring! Definitely a first class facility.

NEA is a place where people are treated as if they matter. Their staff are a caring people. Their medical staff take the time to talk to explane the problems we may have. So far I have not had any problems with NEA in Jonesboro.

No long waiting. All questions answered and very informative. Didn't feel rushed. All the staff friendly.

I did not have a long wait time! The nurse doing my echogram was ,Nikki, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole process! She is outstanding at her job!

Dr E is very efficient and listens answers all questions I would recommend her very good doctor and time wait was exceptional

I absolutely love this entire office staff!!! I’ve always had everything explained to me in a way that a regular person can understand in layman’s term. As long as I can continue to go to this office, I will never change doctors. Dr. E. Is absolutely the best & I never feel rushed & she will spend as much time with as needed. If you need to come before an appointment they get you in quickly. Dr. E., is by far my favorite doctor out of the 12 that I have to see for multiple health issues. I never worry about being told something incorrectly. Good luck & I hope this helps.
